I was lucky enough to find a wonderful Dr that took me on as a patient. I am now five months out and still having pain and swelling. Take your time and check out other Drs and surgery options. ' now it is my turn to write to dr. lombardy and find a solution for my harassment by this uncivil woman. . aetna sent me medicare papers to recruit me after dumping me in 2021. i had no insurance for the entire month of january. aetna is not just a bogus insurer, they are fraud. the uncivil i will take that filthy woman for a ride if she thinks she will get away. she has a long msg with no real info. then i left msg. for her and never heard. because she is playing hookie with me. she should be fired. . today i received the 2 bill in 2 weeks of $1,200. if dr. lombardy does not get a chance to read this i am sending this email via regular mail. i never wanted to see this patel fellow . being an indian and being very knowledgeable in many areas of life, i don't believe in degrees or diplomas acquired by patels. goodbye charlie. i know french, english, spanish, russian. what do you know, patel? since i did not have the luck to be treated by you, i assumed you are very good.

He spent 45 minutes talking with me during my initial appointment and made sure to define every foreign term that he mentioned. He wants to get to know you as a person first, then he treats you. The day after my surgery, he called me personally to see how I was doing. He also checks in with my hand therapist regularly and is always well informed. He is worlds apart from my previous doctor who couldn't remember my name and asked me to remind him what he did and said at my last visit. It never takes more than a few days to get an appointment and the wait time in the office is less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience overall. I saw so many awesome reviews about this Dr. Katzman,Ortho Surgeon at Spine & Orthopedics Center. Thought I would give them a call ask questions and advised to send my MRI and Disc, notes so I did. To sum it all up, I got a call from Dr. Katzman, talked to me about my problem, and offered to see me, and consult me over the phone. Really, what Dr. would do that? With Dr. Katzman's phone call and his knowledge of my problem, I felt comfortable, and was ready to have this procedure done. Next phone call came from, NJ Spine and Orthopedics, Dr. Katzman's team of employees. They called to set up my appointment, got me scheduled and on the right track, which I could not afford this surgery even with my so called insurance. Few days later, another phone call from NJ Spine & Ortho Center, this time from (Ethan P) Senior Patient Advocate 973-788-5028 He works for Dr. Katzman's team. Ethan made it all possible, and easy to talk to. He helped with my financial part, as in the amount I would owe out of pocket, even as far as setting up payment arrangements, and to the surgery date. Ethan, was awesome, don't think I could have managed this without Ethan's and Admins help. My so far experience. I will do a follow up to this review after my surgery, stay tuned. I will then leave my phone # incase anyone would like to reach out to me for advice, on my experience. I have never heard of a Doctor calling their patients to talk about their concerns, without asking them come into the office for consultation, which then you have your office fee.
