It is OK when I first called. The lady was nice and very easy to make appointment(this is actually a big red flag, because all the other family doctors are pretty busy). When arrive, big letters of "We are moving" on windows, another big red flag. They will make one simple visit two or three times, so they could continue to charge you. Anyway, the equipment's were broken here, the assistant are not experienced, they even had difficulties measuring my blood pressure. and then they messed our records again and again, place extra charges and threatening you when you asked questions on the bills.

She has helped me with some seasonal cold and flue stuff and also in finding a solution to a chronic syndrome I suffer from. They are all very well versed in homeopathic and "alternative" therapies but are not scared to call in traditional medicine if need be. In my experience, most practices are all one or the other and hold the other in contempt. For what it is worth, I know that the office staff has been under a bit of an overhaul the past few months. I have seen a great improvement in wait times and paperwork efficiency. Give them a try. I have turned a few friends on and they are all grateful. think you will be quite delighted.

After several consultations with my doctor we settled on pain management course of action. Having complete faith in my doctor I asked him to select the pain care center that he had the most faith in and one he worked closely with. He of course selected Liberty Pain Care and Dr. Shruti Shah MD. All my appointments were dealt quickly upon my arrival and with a very high degree of professionalism. My personal comfort was very important to them every step of the way, whether at the office or surgical center. I was very well briefed whatever the treatment was that particular day with a follow up call to my home that same day and the next day also. The office staff also assisted me with some scheduling difficulties at the hospital, which made things alot less stressful.
