When I returned home, I found 2 of the 3 outside entrances to the home completely UNLOCKED. My home could have been robbed or vandalized, or there could have been someone in the home when I returned. This is a very dangerous situation and is totally unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be a professional. It is the agents' responsibility to make sure the home is locked and everything is left the way they found it prior to their leaving. When I called to confront her, her response was that it was a family and they all went in separate directions upon entering the home. So, she wasn't with them and didn't know they had opened the doors. Again, completely unacceptable! It is your responsibility to stay with your clients at all times. These people were total strangers to me, they (and there children) should not have had free reign of my home. There have been incidences here in town where people came thru open houses and intentionally unlocked doors and windows only to come back later and rob them. I doubt that Regina would like complete strangers in her home unescorted when she wasn't there. And, I am sure she wouldn't like her home being left unlocked. I have forbidden her to show my home again and would highly encourage people not to trust her in their homes.
