I never have to worry about my dog. I know they are happy, well cared for and safe. They come home tired and calm after their stay. He takes them for 3 walks a day and my dogs love it! I now have two wild, big puppies and Dave handles them great. They LOVE Dave as much as we do. When I came to get my dogs after last weekend there, of course they were happy to see me, but they also made sure to say "good bye" to Dave. Dave gave me great advise on how to train my Hannah to not pull so much on a lead. She is strong! My Howie is not very people "friendly" especially with men-no such concerns with Dave. He is part of the family. It saddens me to read the terrible reviews some have left. Dave can be a quiet guy, but I know he loves dogs and that my dogs get the best care with him. I have been to spotless kennels-I will not name them-but they were harsh, inpatient with my dogs and did not give them water in the kennel. My dogs RAN desperately shaking to the car and drank a full big bowl of water when we got home. Never again. It may be going an hour out of my way, but Dave wins hands down! I was hesitant based on how much availability they had but it was the only groomer in town not booked throughout the summer which should have been a red flag in itself. I made an appointment for 1100 and dropped her off at 1050. Other than shot records being a requirement to get groomed, I can't say anything else good about this place. I have a beagle which takes approximately an hour for a bath, nail trim and dry. After two hours have passed, I popped in to check on the status of my pup and the girl at the front desk was on her phone, but put it away as I approached her. When I asked how much longer they would have my dog, she said they hadn't started yet. I told her I would just take her now. She said that they were behind schedule, but never provided any status updates over the duration they had my dog. Lastly, my pup was kenneled the two hours she was there, not in the open bay to play which hurt my heart because she is not kenneled at home. Had I known they were not going to groom her immediately and call upon completion, I would not have left her at all. Of all the groomers I have visited in my travels with the Air Force, this place has the worst customer service; no communication, multiple excuses, distracted by phone, no compensation. It's clear they care about the dollar and not the dog. I have shared my experience with local friends and family and hope to pay it forward so others time is not wasted.

They did not wash or groom my German Shepherd correctly. Her nails were still very long, her paw pads were not shaved or clipped. I even tipped $20 for grooming her before I could even get a chance to look her down. And they mishandled my dog by picking her up when they have ramps and stairs for their dogs. They also did not kennel my dog and she was roaming around the whole grooming area when I came to the groomers to pick her up with other dogs and I did tell them that I was not sure how she was with other dogs besides the other German shepherd we have at home. She was very skittish after coming back this last time and I WILL NEVER be back. Due to her not getting groomed properly my dog contracted a yeast infection.
