However, the quality of their product is pretty good. Most of their items that they sell are frozen. The store is very crammed and not a lot of space to walk in. Service was ok. I feel like I could get fresh seafood elsewhere for slightly cheaper prices. It is located on Kingsway by Tyne across from the Safeway. There is plenty of metered parking and free 2 hr parking a block away. This is a small mom & pop establishment...and when I say small, there is only room for 1 person to enter the store as the rest is screened off for COVID. They had everything we normally order and in bags of 20 or 50...perfect. The prices were the best that I have come across and be advised it is cash only. It was a positive food purchasing experience and happy to recommend Ling Nan Dim Sum Food if looking for frozen dim sum.
