I could hear the guest next-door texting, and woke up several times from hallway noise (1 star off). The location in Condado is walking distance to the beach, many good restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy, a post office, and a small grocery store. Old San Juan is further out and requires a short car ride. If you are looking for a touristy and resorty hotel, this hotel is a good choice.
