After relocating to ABQ, I checked out chiropractors through various sources, Groupon ads, word of mouth, asking around, etc. None met my expectation until I was referred to Dr. Peer's care. Beyond all the common chiropractic care, Dr. Peer specializes in sports injuries and he has extensive corrective, restorative care experiences. The plaques and signed photos from athletes of various disciplines put on display the excellent results of his work and boosted my confidence the first time I entered his adjustment office. A friend who was a massage therapist had heard of him and recommended him to me and I was able to get in quickly for treatment. After talking with me about my issue, he gave me acupuncture and an adjustment. The relief was instant. I had 3 more visits within one week and all was well - no pain meds, no long term treatments that a PT would tell you that you had to have. I would have had to wait 3 weeks to see a PT. I've had various injuries over the years prior to seeing him [and have gone to PT's] and he has been able to alleviate pain and stiffness associated with those. I've continued to see him for since 2003 and have always been delighted. I've been to chiropractors in the past who have done an okay job but the last one [20 years ago] literally cracked something in my back.
