The pool and hot tub was small but good enough. Parking is $24 a night or walk about 5 minute in public lot for $10. Room was clean and well equipped. Has stove, microwave, fridge and basic kitchen tools. Staff were very nice and helpful. Check out was fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed our one night stay. I would stay here again.

They have a lululemon store, which the logo is on the lulu clothes. Which I was super happy about. I bought two jackets there. I love Whistler and this was my first time into Canada and I have to say I have had the best experience. Hopefully i can make it back to whistler. The drive from the airport to Whistler was two hours long. The most fantastic drive as long as you rent a private vehicle. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons.

We did the breakfast package and breakfast was delivered each morning with options like a protein bowl, eggs Benedict and avocado toast! Front desk staff were awesome- I had a broken foot and they helped us locate a wheelchair at a local drugstore! Valet was awful - today we returned our car and he watched me hobble out and us bring the keys to him! They were bad everytime!! But room, location and views were fantastic!

I found the bed to be comfortable and supportive, and appreciated the wireless phone chargers in multiple locations. Yes, we could hear the late night fun happening down at the Dubh Linn Gate Irish pub, but it wasn't terrible. A part of me wished I would have gone down and joined the fun! Nice lounge with pool table (get balls from the front desk on the 1st floor) no TV in the lounge which was needed. Outside grills and 2 hot tubs (be careful getting in VERY slippery, wouldn't pass safety code here in the US!) and a large pool. There is a 'theater' room which you can reserve at 12,3,6,9 and request the movie. We did this at 3, asked for earlier, they said no, but the room was empty from 12-4, so not sure what happened. We also couldn't watch the movie since it wasn't set up and all the components were locked. You get a ski locker on check-in - super convenient You walk out the lobby, March about 50 paces past Dusty's bar and grill to your left to the Creekside gondola. Take that up to the new Big Red, and you are at the top of one of the worlds most beautiful places - welcome to Whistler mountain. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite with private hot tub (room 606), which was nice! We also received a complimentary wine bottle and chocolates. The hotel was conveniently located in the village. They have secure underground parking available. The room itself had everything you need if you want to cook meals. My kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed drinking the Nespresso coffee and eating the apples provided in the lobby. This hotel was definitely the highlight of this trip. Thank you.

Some rooms have balconies and they have a very attentive staff . We were able to walk to dinner and very close to the lifts and shops. We had room 803 which is a single with a Mountain View. We even had a balcony. This upgraded room offers a choice of pillows and mattress toppers . The suite has a full kitchen so cook if you want. The minus of this room is noise while it comes with ear plugs. You hear the noise from the venue bellow starting at 6pm and last night it went past midnight. As a positive I texted the desk and they had the sound reduced The villages facing rooms have less noise per the front desk. It's been a lot of years since we felt like we were at a frat party minus the alcohol. Some rooms have two bedrooms and some have hot tubs. Two restaurants on second floor. As far as other guess we heard none. We were there for a day of fire alarm testing and window washing they keep the hotel clean. Nescafé in rooms and down stairs fresh fruit in lobby. I had a new person ( I assume as she wasn't sure of a few things) AND I was having a hard time understanding her - not because of an accent but the telephone line kept having static. At some point the reservation was made and she sent me an email, I opened this email while I had her on the line, only to find that the confirmation of the costs were in US Funds. As I am a Canadian, calling from Vancouver, and calling a hotel in Canada and paying with a Canadian Visa card I was upset. In addition, they added a charge for "insurance" some $34.++ US $ that I did not want or request. The young lady on the phone understood I was getting upset ( the phone line continued to blank out and was annoying) so first of all she insisted the charges were all in Canadian funds and she would cancel the "insurance" costs. When I asked for an email confirmation of this, she then proceeded to tell me that I could not have the room I had booked as there were no more rooms with 2 beds left.........I was somewhat incredulous, but she assured me nothing was to be found. When I insisted on an email, she told me she had "cancelled" my reservation and I could take it up with "Service" 3 calls to service netted me nothing but voice mail that could not take my inquiry or complaint so I found another 1800 number and called it. The man (HISCHEM ?) assured me that no reservation was found, no refund was done and yet I had (by this point 8 emails from them) that advised of the cancellation. In addition to this frustration, my VISA card has been charged the US dollar equivelant........and in my conversation with Hischem, he assured that the refund would come but of course given the exchange it will not be for the full amount. He also told me he would look into this further and call me back. It has been 24 hours and no call...............will not even consider staying at this hotel, I love the pinnacle in North Van and had hoped Whistler would be on par with it!!
