Despite the inconveniences and restrictions in place during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the avalanche of everyone trying to get either a home loan or re-fi, Seth and his awesome staff worked quickly and diligently in a very efficient manner to process our re-fi application in order to get us the best possible rate for our re-fi. We were able to apply, submit documentation, ask/respond to questions all in the comfort of our home, electronically.
