Access Asset Management

We lived at an apartment complex for 4 years and let me say we couldn't wait to leave our…read moreapartment. We applied at a property with Access and let me just say it has been the best experience we've ever had! The process was seamless and they were very responsive. We had our first maintenance request and the urgency it got taken care of was just impressive. We are very happy with our home and every single associate we've interacted with has been very professional and communicative. Thank you again for everything!

(0 Star)** My…read moreexperience with Access Asset Management began on a positive note, but it steadily declined due to what I believe was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and repeated failures to handle time-sensitive matters appropriately. Several issues that required prompt attention were delayed or mishandled, creating unnecessary stress and putting my housing situation at risk. The most concerning part of my experience involved the handling of our Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) lease termination request. My brother, an active-duty U.S. Marine, received military orders requiring relocation. Access Asset Management received his official military orders, a letter from the U.S. Marine Corps, and documentation supporting my status as his dependent. Adam spoke directly with his Staff Sergeant, he openly admitted to the staff Sergeant that they believed I was a liar. It just goes to show the level of professionalism these people carry. Despite receiving this information, our request was denied. Throughout the process, I felt that the matter was not reviewed with the level of care, objectivity, or understanding that an SCRA request deserves. Instead of relying on the documentation provided, decisions appeared to be made without fully evaluating the facts. After he admittedly stated he was not qualified to make said decision or a "forensic analyst" to properly assess the documents. He still continued to make that choice anyway. Mind you I have a degree in finance and work under a CFO for a nonprofit foundation where my day-to-day tasks include budgeting expenses, as well as internal audits...This forced us into a lengthy dispute that could have been avoided with proper diligence. I made every effort to resolve the matter professionally and without legal action. I organized the documentation, provided detailed explanations, and attempted to work collaboratively toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I consistently felt dismissed rather than heard. Another disappointing aspect was the level of professionalism displayed during communications. Adam is definitely a business owner that thrives and functions off of ego and emotion rather than logic; there is no real sense of humanity, compassion, empathy, and or justice unfortunately. Rather than focusing on resolving legitimate concerns, there were comments that I found dismissive and unprofessional, including assumptions that my communications were simply generated by ChatGPT instead of addressing the substance of the issues I raised. In the end, it is completely okay because life goes around and I pray and hope that his children or family never have to experience the level of treatment he expressed onto me and my family. But you also cannot go through life harming others, taking advantage of any one's pure intentions, profiting off of others misfortune or simply being a distasteful person and expect to go unscathed in this life. Another important thing to note is their office manager and coordinator renewal agent, are for lack of better word, lazy. They often drop the ball on time sensitive matters & don't fact check before responding to any email. I apologize for the words that make come off harshly, but simply it seems that they're a bunch of low-level intelligence people in that office including the administrative assistant but enjoy to speak in condescending tones. I believe property management companies have a responsibility to understand the laws they are enforcing, particularly when those laws involve protections for active-duty military members and their families. If a company is unsure how to process an SCRA request, it should seek appropriate legal guidance rather than making decisions that could adversely affect military families. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Access Asset Management--especially to active-duty military members or their families. I hope the company improves its training, communication, and understanding of federal protections so future tenants do not have to go through the same experience.

I really like that he kept me informed through each step of the transaction and took the time to explain things that I didn't understand. With the house that I bought Jarred was exceptional with his help. I had special needs when buying this house, I had a specific price range, I was paying cash, I have a husband who is completely disabled and needed special requirements. Jarred work with me for almost a year with the purchase of my home. We looked at a lot of houses, some had the right number of bedrooms but couldn't accommodate my husband. There were the ones that could accommodate my husband but would have required too much work. Then there were some that after I looked at it I walked out and looked at Jarred and we both just kind of shook our head and said no. Jarred even prayed with me that the good Lord would put me where I'm supposed to be. And after about 5 months I finally found the perfect house. I put my offer in and the offer was accepted and we started escrow. Due to circumstances beyond Jarred's control escrow lasted from January to June. Jarred again kept me informed every step of the way calling me once a week to give me an update. During times I would get upset or worried things might not go through I could call Jarred and he would always explain things again and let me know that it's all going to work out. I'm glad I worked with him to get through this transaction and now I am extremely happy in my new home. I would once again like to say thank you Jarred for all your help and all your hard work. Blessings to you, Tamra

He really loves what he does, and takes pride  Thank you Jarred and Brix!!!

In every way, we were…read morefortunate to have someone who partnered with us to achieve: - Sale of our home at Full Asking Price. - Listed and Under Contract within 15 Days. - Aggressively resolved issues with Buyers/Appraisal/H&S Repairs. To note, when we listed our sale with Denise, there were four other homes within the neighborhood for sale. These other homes were more or less identical to ours and had been listed for over 60 to 130 days. For me, I was worried that our home would never sell without steep asking price reductions based on the inventory. I listened to her recommendation, for the listing price, and reviewed her market comp analysis, which was expertly written. Her list price garnered immediate interest from Buyers and we were soon under contract, within 15 days of listing. Moreover, as issues arose, she would call to not just inform me about what was going on, but, with information about what she was already doing to fix it. That's one of the many great qualities about Denise. When there is an issue or something that needs doing, she is already two steps ahead of it. You don't have to ask her to do anything; you can trust her to know that she's already working on what you need. You can see her professionalism in everything that she does. The photography and staging of the home are meticulous. Of all the listings in the area, her photographs were second to none. In fact, the way she presented our home looked so good, that even I was shocked at how nice the place could look. In screening buyers, she is sharp and reviews everything in detail. Moreover, our transaction had some complex issues that almost arose concerning the appraisal (our buyers were using a VA loan) as well as some required health and safety repairs. I cannot begin to explain the sharpness, determination, and professionalism of how she dealt with everything. Issues that I know would have killed a deal, for any other realtor, were quickly and deftly dealt with by Denise. Most importantly, she handled every issue in such a way that it never affected our bottom-line/net proceeds. I have given a lot of thought to all the work she put into this and it really is exceptional what she achieved. Denise Wendland is a true partner, advisor, and real estate expert. We are repeat customers of hers and, in every deal, she has helped our family achieve the financial goals we set out on. Moreover, she has exceeded all of our expectations. Did I mention that our sale price is the new high, for the neighborhood? That's how great she is.

Denise Wendland is a fantastic real estate agent!…read more We just sold a rental home in San Jacinto. We chose Denise to handle the sale based on her excellent Yelp reviews, and she did an absolutely wonderful job! We have been landlords for many years, and we have learned that the key to selling a home is to find the best realtor in the area. We live in San Diego, and we didn't know anyone in the Hemet-San Jacinto area, so we did what we always do when out-of-town: consult Yelp! Denise has excellent reviews, of course; we read every one. We first phoned Denise on New Years Eve and made an appointment to walk through the property with her. She immediately sent us a market analysis of comps to help with pricing. When we met Denise at the house, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Having rented the home for years, we were uncertain as to what upgrades or repairs might be needed, so we really appreciated having her point out what needed attention and what didn't. It did need a little cleaning; we asked if she knew anyone we could call. She arranged the carpet cleaning for us, and she cleaned some special items herself! She explained "that's how I run my business": definitely "above and beyond"! Thank you so much, Denise! Denise did some nice staging and had beautiful photos taken for the listing. She made the house sparkle! We really appreciated her attention to detail. A week later we accepted a solid offer at over listing price! Denise handled all the inspections, arranged some termite remediation work, and kept everything moving along. All the while, she kept us informed by email, phone and text. All paperwork was handled digitally, except notarization of closing docs, which we handled in San Diego, so we never needed to make another trip to Hemet (a three-hour round trip for us). We have never had a sale go as smoothly and easily as this one! Denise, thank you so much!
