Along the way, our title report pulled up an old judgment that wasn't mine and a pending insurance lawsuit. Their offer was 2.5% higher than other credit unions. Thats huge! Schools First Credit Union, San Diego County Credit Union and LBS Financial all came in with offers at least 2% lower. It's quite ridiculous and honestly Im beginning to lose faith in them. Save yourself the hassle and take your banking elsewhere.

I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are.
