Massage Fact: A one-hour massage equates to 7-8 hours of sleep on the body! I went to this same massage place a while back and was surprised to see that there's a new listing although everything inside still looks the same. I swear even the workers were the same as well. If you're looking to get stretched and poked in the most painful way, come here. This is not the place for a soft relaxing massage. Expect to be elbowed between the shoulders, have the muscles pulled away from your spine, get twisted and contorted like at a chiropractor, and maybe shed a few tears into the doughnut pillow you're lying on because ouch! It's like they're trying to make you confess to cheating on that sixth grade math test! I did it! I confess! Now please stop elbowing me in the neck! I'm not going to lie... I was sore for two or three days afterwards and I might have walked into my fire-cupping session a few days later being extra sore. As that doctor said, "You are very stressed and tensed!" I'm not saying my masseuse here did it but... ouch! Still, four stars because for that one-hour of pain, I completely forgot all the chaotic thoughts I was having at the time. Hah! I specifically asked in the note portion for booking online that I only get about 5 min back and the rest arms, front of neck, and legs. the description in booking says FULL body 45m and 15m feet. She only did back and feet. I'm about to cry. I really needed my arms and neck and now I'm out $80. I'm pretty sure they aren't licensed either because she pushed right on my spine and she left hot stones straight on bare skin. Very dangerous going here. Plus there was a weird smell and you get the thinnest sheet so I was freezing. read more

Went in for a birthday massage, absolutely best massage I've ever had. I'm a lover of the hot stones but the lady made the hour feel like forever and I could've fallen asleep. Definitely coming back, the ladies are so sweet and even took my boyfriend in. read more

I got this as a Groupon gift from my wife. The massage was good so when she asked if I wanted to extend my time I said when she explained the price was 20 for 15 min 40 for 30 min I extended for 30 min. When the time came to pay there was an additional 12 dollar charge. I asked why for the additional 12 dollar charge she said it was for deep tissue when she never said was extra and never asked if it the charge was ok I told her she never told me about the extra charge she just kept saying 2 dollar for using a card even though I used Apple Pay and 10 dollar for deep tissue (she didn't care that you have to tell people before charging them ) so I paid and gave her a 10 dollar tip instead of 20 for the extra charge. She then proceeded to explain I should tip her 20 with a giggle I ignored that. Then as I got out of the shop I noticed a huge sign with the hour price of 50 bucks which means. I basically got ripped off . The massage was good but this place is not upfront and rips you off with pricing there are plenty of good or better massage shops around here I would recommend choosing those instead of this. Very thorough and relaxing massage. Walking in you are immediately greeted by a lovely host to understand your needs and recommend types of massage. We were provided water before/after our massage. it was a nice treat to be in the couples room. I was asked often about pressure and relaxation level. hot stone and steam towel is a treat! Walked into this place several times in person to request/schedule appt since you cannot schedule online, and it's difficult to communicate over the phone, if you can even get through. They just wrote my info on a scrap of paper and kept forgetting me apparently. My husband and I showed up for our couples' massage as scheduled, and we were still not on the list. They took in another couple instead, but insisted they could provide our service. We waited in the dark room for almost 15 minutes and nearly left. Then an older man and woman who did not speak English came in. It wasn't quite an hour, and all they really did was pose us and stretch us. Not at all the deep, therapeutic massage that we workaholics so desperately needed. We also had a credit for $125, but they said it was given to the former owner?? So we paid AGAIN for a crappy rub that was one of the most awkward I've ever had. I don't believe this place uses licensed providers; it was like they just brought their parents in, to be honest. Leaving 2 stars because they were very nice. They tried to get us to come back, but we would never come here again. My husband spent weeks trying to get his money back from the previous owner. Also, they give discounts/incentives to their customers for 5-star reviews, so take that into consideration when reading them. read more

Gf and I tried this place with a Groupon for a couples massage. Big mistake. Gf was uncomfortable the whole time. Both "therapists" asked me for a tip before they even started. Gf said that her guy kept lifting up the sheet for a crotch shot and also exposed her behind. Tipped $20 purely out of obligation and I was made aware that wasn't good enough. I go to Golden Feet Reflexology to get the best massages I have ever had. The facility is clean, it smells nice, the linens are fresh, it's easy to find, and there's plenty of parking. But I don't go there for any of that, I go there for Lili, my massage therapist. She is professional, personable, very friendly, and gives me exactly the therapeutic relaxation massage that I want. There are a lot of massage places in metropolitan Phoenix, and I probably drive past a dozen of them on my way to Golden Feet, but it's so worth it for the friendly service and wonderful massage. Terrible customer service, this janky little business has no professionalism. Saw them on groupon and called to see if they could get me in BEFORE I PURCHASED. They said they could and their flexible and I could go at any time. Showed up 15 min after the time I said I would be there around, and they said they have no time, maybe they could squeeze me in for a 30 min massage, I told her 3 times I paid for one hour massage and I'm not gonna get cheated out of thirty minutes which is exactly what they wanted. Their trying to blatantly steal from people and get money for work they didn't do. Went here because my whole body was sore from a lot of exercising. I was a little nervous because I typically don't get massages - however, now I will be doing it as often as I can! Alena helped me choose which massage is best - she said deep tissue for my situation. She then gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage full body massage! I'm a mom of 3 little kids, I always have tight shoulders from carrying my kids and also from exercising... well my shoulders felt so much better after the deep tissue massage! It was like night & day! My whole body felt amazing & Alena was so sweet & friendly, I just loved the whole experience! Price was good too! She charged me $70 for the hour when a lot of places are charging $100 & up! I definitely will be back here for more! read more

I do not recommend this place. The prices on the website do not match the prices at the location. When asked about it, the lady explained that she bought the location from her friend last year and that "everything is more expensive now." I assume she is the new owner, who also did my massage. The massage was ok, but she stopped twice to help customers at the front desk and proceeded to very loudly take a call over my head while giving my massage. When I chose not to tip her, she called out to embarrass me in front of the other customers in the lobby, "Only $50? You forget to tip?" and laugh as if she was being cute. l absolutely believe in tipping for good service, but that is not what I received. read more
