I quite easily whiled away half an hour just looking at all the beautifully unusual jewellery they have - think tanzanite and moonstone rather than more run of the mill stuff. There's also lots of pretty knick knacks that would make great gifts, like mosaic candle holders and little crafty hanging decorations. If I'd started buying things for myself I'm not sure where I would've stopped so I had to be strict, and just picked up a gift for a friend. This was a cute little trunk-shaped trinket box patterned with maps (which I definitely have a fetish for) and for £5 was a bargain. As if that wasn't enough, a nice little chat with the friendly guy at the counter made sure I left with a smile on my face too :)

As I said before the prices are very affordable but the jewellery is actually really good quality, and really pretty. The handbag is also great, I've received compliments on it and so far it's lasted me almost 2 years. They also sell a few clothing items, and things like hair dye, makeup and colored contact lenses, however I've not bought those from here. Overall it's great, and the staff are very nice.

The staff are friendly, and very helpful, and I've always come away feeling satisfied with their customer service. I've bought my favourite poncho from here (a brown wool job that made me look like a jedi!) and also my favourite necklace (electric blue beads intricately strung together to make an elegant choker). If you want to check out a funky, quite unique and well established shop, then swing by here!

They always have good offers outside in their baskets and stock a range of hythe specific souveniers. The staff are LOVELY they take their jobs seriously, are very knowledgeable and have a traditional approach to service which is sadly lacking in many more modern stores, attentive yet not overbearing. The quality of their items is very high, if a little traditional, but if you are looking for dependability and durable items this is the place. Always seem to have what I am looking for, sometimes a little pricer but worth it for the service.
