I called Golden Garage Door Service to set up a service call on a Saturday. They offered to trouble shoot my problem over the phone before they came out. I was able to fix the problem myself. It was a short on the wall unit button. They didn't have to do that. They could have just made the service call. Instead I was able to fix the problem at no cost. When I do have a problem that requires a service call I will call Golden. read more
