There was a small misconception where the estimator mentioned that the door would need to be cleaned first, but the painters who arrived later did not plan to do that. However, they quickly agreed to do it that way and did an excellent job, deeply caring to ensure that the job would be satisfactory. To boot, he did this to a mother who had just lost her brother at an early age. She was grieving while trying to fix up the inherited home and sell it.
