They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). They came out to my mother's home, were respectful of her property and her privacy, inspected the work to be done, gave me a prompt estimate of the costs (and were willing to discuss the cost with me on the phone as well). Then, they went out the next day and completed the work, and billed me exactly what had been quoted. The work was professionally done with solid competence regarding electrical issues. He certainly doesn't come off as a professional he basically will start your job and tries to come up with additional things that he could think of to fishing for more money out of the customer . Next he wants you to buy unnecessary material way beyond the amount you would need to do your job. Last but not least he came back the next day and caused additional damages in my home in the area he was working in to try to have me spend more money . It was a good thing I had pictures before he started the job initially and when he returned the next day to provide proof that the damage seen was not there prior to him working in the area . He refused to own up to knowing he made the damage to the area but claimed he will fix it to make us happy . I just lost all trust in this guy from that he promised he would return the following day to complete the job . Only to not call nor show up it's was only when I texted him he replied he wouldn't finish the job due to us saying he caused the additional damages in my home . In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed.
