Egg soup cold, egg roll greasy and barely warm, my shrimp in kung pow chicken delight barely warm, wonton chips stale, my peanuts in my meal stale, my wife found a hair in her meal and they came back and compared it to hers and said it was from her, we didn't ask for any thing for free, and didn't even want a new dish, not sure why they'd do this, but I will say this, we will never come back, and if you look at the reviews theres so many bad reviews, and they've never had bad reviews, that's why this must be under new owners or different management. Today we went for lunch at Golden Ginger. It was a party of four. We each had the cashew chicken with steamed rice and the chicken came out to be very salty. We told the server right away about the salty chicken and she stated that she could not take it back or take it off the bill and she insisted for us to take it home. Then she proceeded to say that we would have to pay half price and still keep it. I told the server that we were not going to eat it at all because of the saltiness and we asked if we can just exchange it for another dish . While babysitting the grandbabies, they got hungry and I searched for places with egg rolls and decided to try the delivery service. The kids devoured the large order of egg rolls and also the noodles with chicken and beef. I loved the Teriyaki chicken with the vegetables. I would order from them again! Their delivery guy was so tired yet funny and very nice! The only thing that wasn't pleasant, was finding my Thai tea had leaked all inside the bag with the strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade and the straws were soaked. Frauds. If the driver forgets to ask for the coupon they secretly charge you for the difference. My bill was 80$ and credit card statement says 100$? NEVER add tip for driver before. The dude is always late and sloppy and intentionally forgets the coupon. The lady calls asking YOU to bring it in or they will charge your card. WHY do they still have my credit info 2 days later to charge it? Buyer beware. *side note, if you believe its customer responsibility to present coupon. Fine. Driver should at least ask. All of that is irrelevant, to my and my family's hard earned money. We don't make much, I have 3 children im feeding. The bottom line is they lost hundreds a year over 13 dollar orange chicken plate with no added rice... food is good, no doubt. But I would never trust it being delivered to my address again, as well dont feel comfortable giving money to a company or business that I told verbally NOT to charge that card and it is fraud. But unfortunately she was rude through out the entire conversation talking about my money she was going to steal for a piece of paper mix up I wasn't intrigued to stay on the phone with her any longer. Do good! When ordering take out, most places won't give you as much as they do when dining in, not this place. Very good portions made just as ordered, take out is always packaged so you don't have leaks out of containers. When dining in, staff is attentive and food is made rather quick. The food here is very average at best. BUT this lady who takes the orders was extremely unapologetically rude and nasty. I spoke kindly placing my order and before I was finished, she apparently thought I was done, quickly mumbled something and just hung up in my face. I didn't have any energy for an argument so I just went to pick up my order and ordered more food from somewhere else. When I arrived she yelled over to me w/o looking my direction "you're picking up an order?" I said yes and told her a few items, then she brought over my food and I handed her my credit card. When she returned and handed me my card /receipt, it fell to the ground on her side of the table. I alerted her that it fell and she seemed bothered, then picked it up and tossed it on the table and walked away while I had my hand out to receive it. I asked her to please hand it to me, and she refused and told me "hand sanitizer" That was so disrespectful. I asked her to please hand me my credit card again then told her it's about respect. We came here for our anniversary while staying at a local RV park. We had just been out New Year's Eve but were tired & wanted to try it. Someone immediately greeted us and let us chose our seats. They took drink orders and brought Wonton strips with dipping sauce. We ordered the Appetizer Tray for 2-there were 2 egg rolls, 2 paper wrapped chicken, 2 beef sticks, 2 fried shrimp, 2 BBQ ribs and 2 cream cheese Wontons. It came on a huge round tray with mini hibachi stove looking like a volcano above the apps. They were all good. We especially liked the paper wrapped chicken, ribs and wontons-but all were good-though the beef sticks had little flavor. For entrees, my hubby had the shrimp in lobster sauce and I had Chicken chop suey with white rice. He also ordered BBQ pork fried rice. They were good-though I added soy sauce to the chop suey to amp the flavor. The apps & presentation were definitely 4 stars while the food was really a 3ish. Wish I could do a 3.5 stars. We ordered a family dinner for 5 consisting of kung pao chicken, Szechuan pork, beef and broccoli, vegetable chicken and shrimp lo mien with sides of steamed and fried rice. All entrees arrived hot, properly seasoned and of generous portions (we took 2 full carryout trays after completing our meals). Service was very attentive, friendly and rapid.
