The cashier didn't seem too enthusiastic about answering questions, and the sandwich itself was pretty thin. They definitely skimped on the protein and seemed to compensate with extra veggie toppings. For the price, the portion-to-value ratio just wasn't quite there. Don't go here for take out. Only eat in restaurant. When you stay and eat, you will get better food. We have had bad experiences when we get food to go. This time we got pho and the little bit of meat was mostly gristle and big chunks of rubbery cartilage. I couldn't finish eating it. My husband's was worse and received very little meat. The most horrible experience I ever had. I purchased mango sticky rice.I purchased mangol, sticky rice. A vietnamese coffee and a mango slush with Boba it was not what I asked for exactly. She put milk in it, and I had told her that I just wanted a slush, not a milk. She looked at me confused when I asked her to that, I couldn't have milk, I told her I just want the mango syrup, ice and simple syrup, ice and simple syrup. She remade it and then this she put another scoop of powdered milk in there after I told her I couldn't have milk. Let me keep the other one I really didn't want to make a big deal after this. Overall, I would give the food a 5/5 and service a 3/5. The garlic fries are my favorite, I love how perfectly crispy and well-seasoned they are. I've gotten the rare steak pho before and have always enjoyed it. The meat is very tender and juicy and the broth has a rich depth to it. I also have gotten the beef banh mi with a side of the pho broth (sort of like an au jus to dip it in). I can't remember what it was called on the menu but this was so delicious and I hope they still have it. I would say the service is just okay, the employees haven't really greeted me when I've gone or gone out of their way to make conversation. I would say if you're ordering take out, I'd recommend that over dining in for sure. read more

I live down the street. I've always driven by it, but I've never had the chance to go inside. I ordered it off of DoorDash. It came very promptly and hot and ready. I really loved to go container for the pho It's not like other places or they just give you a container full of the broth and then in a separate Styrofoam box has all the noodles this container had the noodles and well done steak right above the broth which I loved great touch. The Bahn mi sandwich was amazing. I'm not surprised they usually are but I will say the flavor was perfect. I did call and I spoke with a nice lady on the phone and asked for chopsticks and I asked for extra Sriracha and jalapeños and she gave me a bunch so I was very thankful for that. I will definitely be going here again 100%. The price itself is a lot more than other places but the dishes are unique. I had the Bang Bang Chicken Banh Mi Sandwich and the chicken tasted like it was sitting in a warmer all day. The flavor was mid-tier and not enough to the save the sandwich. Also, the veggies are all raw, nothing is steamed or cooked. I can do raw veggies once in a while, however this didn't help the already tough feeling in my mouth while I was eating. The GOOD: The milk tea (Bubble Tea) w/ matcha was absolutely incredible! I had milk tea with boba many years ago and I hated it. I have always like the sandwiches from this place. The prices have gone up but the quality of the food and services have to bet on my luck. We bought 2 sandwiches for a little over $25 after tax. We waited over 20 minutes for our take out food. As we were waiting and watching how they make the sandwiches, we were guessing which ones will be ours. Well no luck today. However, it may be salty for some people who don't have a good palette and have a very vanilla tongue. Those people I dont usually hang out with. Life can't be bland like your choice of food. My friends and I have stopped by here for lunch on our way to Palm springs. Located in a large shopping center, so parking was pretty easy to find. It's a pretty small spot, perfect for a quick bite, like lunch!. Somehow I've never tried a Vietnamese sandwich. Asian fusion Cuisine is my top favorite food, so that's why it was surprising. But to no surprise, I loved my meal! They have a variety of pretty cool sandwiches, one of them even comes with a side of pho to dip your sandwich in! My friend had this sandwich and ate it all within minutes. I decided to order the hole cow, that comes with two fried eggs. I was blown away, the combination of veggies with hoisin sauce and meat with a fresh bread bun, it was a perfect combo. And they mastered the runny egg! They also serve a variety of boba tea and milk tea. I didn't order any myself, but my friends did and had only got things to say. I also love that they got fun with the names of all of their different drinks. This was an order at the counter and sit down restaurant, so you don't have exactly a server, but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and very nice, and definitely added to our experience. I would highly recommend this place for Vietnamese sandwiches. If I ever make my way back down this direction, I will definitely stop by again. read more

The rolls also contained the same disappointing pork from the Banh Mi, which really hurt the overall taste. I ended up removing it. The peanut sauce, sadly, was unpleasant enough to ruin the rolls entirely. * Raw Beef Pho: This was the best dish of the visit. The broth had good flavor, the beef was decent, and the basil was fresh and fragrant. However, the menu setup was awkward. The only menu available was a set of four laminated 8x10 sheets at the register, and the digital display was not functional. Having a visible, functional menu before ordering would speed up the process. Been coming here for a few years now during our visits out to Hemet to see family and it's been a solid spot to grab a quick meal on our way home. I was surprised to find a Vietnamese place out here and while it doesn't quite compare to the numerous options we have in Little Saigon, it's a decent sandwich. We always get the memory layne sandwich which is grilled pork. I know some people prefer their bánh mì to be crispier but I actually like the softness of theirs. Every place makes their grilled pork a little differently and theirs is no exception. Not sure what they season it with but it comes out very black. Texture and taste are fine though! read more
