Not even remotely close to the picture she showed, that she wanted hers to look like. Not even close to PURPLE! She also had dye ALL OVER her face and neck. Stylist refused to clean it up off of her. Told her to wipe off herself when she got home with rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer she looked like she had been beaten up. Absolutely ridiculous, appalling and not acceptable. Price was $20 more than quoted, and when asked if it could be made actually purple was told it would be $50 more. Um NO! She came to my house crying, bawling. No one should have to cry after getting hair done. We went to target, picked up some over the counter dark brown dye and I put it on over the "salon work". I'm not a hairdresser. I'm in school for nursing. So it's pretty sad that I can do a better job than someone who has supposedly been trained in hair. I also wiped the dye off her skin as soon as I was done applying it, you know; so it didn't have time to set, on her SKIN. I will make certain to tell everyone I know and come across to avoid this place like the plague.

Now I know you can't put hair back but if my daughter would have said she didn't like it short we would have stopped there. My daughter said she wanted to keep going and to get the pixie cut, but we ended up walking out of the salon with super short hair and my daughter looking like a boy with the final haircut that she received. Now she is embarrassed to go out in public fearing that people with look at her and think she is a boy. This haircut is no where near the hair style that we asked for. I don't know if she was rushing because she was already half an hour or so behind and she wanted to get to her other client or what but that shouldn't matter. Everyone should receive the care they deserve when they come in. Certainly not happy with this experience. Not sure after this if we will be going back.

I will never recommend this salon to anyone for any service whatsoever…read more My first experience for coloring,was OK and I left a very generous tip. The second time, they lost my card and had to figure out which color to use. It came out burgundy, which is not at all my color and yet, a couple of hairdressers came over to agree that was the correct color solution to use. When I got out in natural light, I realized how drastically wrong it was! I went back for a re-color, and it was acceptable, but not great. The next trip was just to have my hair washed, as I had just had knee replacement, and was very limited in mobility. My husband came into the salon with me and I asked how much it would cost to wash my hair. I was quoted $19. When I checked out, it was $31 and I questioned how that could be when I was quoted $19. That particular hairdresser had been standing right there at the desk when I asked for the original quote and yet she said to me, " well when you call in, we don't know how long your hair is. "I replied that I was standing right there and so was she when I got the quote; it was not over the phone. Then she said, ""well I blew it dry and that takes time." Sure it takes time, but even though my hair was long it's very fine. I did not ask for any kind of styling. I just didn't want to go out in the cold with wet hair since it was the month of March. She stood her ground and I paid the $31 being very disappointed in the lack of transparency. She should have told me it was going to be extra and how much before she did anything other than shampoo it. The final visit to that salon was the one that broke the camel's back! I went to the gal who had colored my hair previously, giving her one last chance, since I knew she was a single mom working to support her kids. When the coloring was finished, and she took off the plastic cape, I noticed some big spots on my orange T-shirt dress that I had just purchased and was wearing for the first time. It was just meant to be a casual every day summer dress that was short enough that it did not touch my knee, which was still healing. She and another hairdresser said it's probably just water, but I knew better. When it dried, the spots were very prominent, and I looked online for how to get them out and nothing worked. I called the salon to talk to the manager and then got a call from the regional manager who told me I would get a follow up that same day from the local manager. She asked, and I assured her that I had the dress and pictures, and still had the receipt. After leaving text messages and another call to the regional manager, I was never contacted by the local manager. I was simply asking for reimbursement, which, since the dress was on clearance, with a cost of a mere $10 plus tax, it was never about the money, it was about the fact that the customer service and training was so poor. So now, three months later, I still have the dress in the bag, and have found a wonderful hairdresser elsewhere. My willingness to give that salon multiple opportunities, my desire to help a single mom (and she knew I was a big tipper), had no meaning. I hope this review gets to someone at the corporate office. With the details I've included, it should be very recognizable as to which customer this was.

She is super strict about your arrival time (which I understand) but moved my 1st appointment by 1/2 hr because she was running behind. Cancelled my second appt and rebooked to another day. If you,as her client, are 15 minutes late she is charging you 50% of price and insists you rebook. Everything about my few experiences was negative. Prices are high -as if it's a high end experience but that couldn't be further from accurate. I absolutely would never recommend her to even my enemy. Avoid her at all costs If I could rate zero stars it would be more fitting. Yikes! Horrible
