My grandmother has Alzheimer's and dementia, but dad has always talked so highly of how Molly handles grandma. I started taking my son to see Molly for his haircuts whenever we happen to be in town. She first cut his hair when he was about a year old. She's cut it a few times since then and he's 2 1/2 now. Like any toddler, he's squirmy and energetic. He's also always so nervous about the hair tools. But of all the people I've taken my son to for haircuts, Molly does such a wonderful job putting him at ease and cutting his hair. After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

My Mother had an awful snarl of a mess on the back of her hair from years of rejecting hair care. I struck luck to find my Mother in a semi cooperative mood this morning about the possibility of allowing her hair to be cut. We were in the area when I noticed your salon and I ran into see if you had anyone available to help. I spoke with Ashley who said she was available. When I say my Mothers hair was a mess, this is not at all an exaggeration, yet Ashley was kind, patient, polite and jumped right in. I really thought for sure Ashley was going to have to shave the entire back of my Mothers head, however Ashley patiently combed, cut and was able to save a large portion of my Mothers hair. Ashley was then able to wash, and give her hair the cutest / stylish cut in the back and turned the sides my Mother wanted to keep into a perfect masterpiece.
