My Mother had an awful snarl of a mess on the back of her hair from years of rejecting hair care. I struck luck to find my Mother in a semi cooperative mood this morning about the possibility of allowing her hair to be cut. We were in the area when I noticed your salon and I ran into see if you had anyone available to help. I spoke with Ashley who said she was available. When I say my Mothers hair was a mess, this is not at all an exaggeration, yet Ashley was kind, patient, polite and jumped right in. I really thought for sure Ashley was going to have to shave the entire back of my Mothers head, however Ashley patiently combed, cut and was able to save a large portion of my Mothers hair. Ashley was then able to wash, and give her hair the cutest / stylish cut in the back and turned the sides my Mother wanted to keep into a perfect masterpiece. My Mother who has been so reluctant for years was tickled and I could not had been more grateful and impressed with Ashley's services and equally as important her kindles and compassion.
