We went by there unannounced to check it out, and we were given a tour on the spot, and their process was completely explained to us, and they answered every question we asked without any hesitation. This impressed us. We first took our older pups for a daycare play day, and they loved it. It went very well. We then boarded all 3 of our pups for a weekend, and all went great. We have met many of the people that work there, and they are all so nice and pleasant. You can tell they really care about the pets they care for. Our pups have all been back for daycare since, and will go back more in the future. They get so excited when we take them. We completely trust them with our fur babies, and know that our babies are receiving great care. I highly recommend them.

I got a picture of my dog when I emailed them to show me and to see how she was doing ( I gave my phone # in the email so they could text me). I understand they are busy so YOU will have to email or even call to ask and have them send a pic or see how they are doing. My dog seemed to like it there and was tired both time while sleeping on the way home. The staff are really nice and answers your questions but you do have to get the canine influenza shot now so ask your Vet if they have that specific shot since my Vet didn't so had to take my dog to another Vet for that shot . DOUBLE-COAT OWNERS BEWARE…read more This shop hires dog washers, not groomers. They are great at giving baths, and they are nice people, but being nice doesn't mean you're good at what you do. My parents have owned pomeranians for years and have been going to these people for a long time. Never once have I seen one of those poms with severe matting, and yet, these poor dogs come back shaved to the skin. If a dog's fur is matted, as a groomer, you take the time and make sure it's taken care of. If the coat is severely matted, you shave the coat. If the coat is difficult to untangle, you have a difficult job to do. You don't take short cuts and shave a dog, to possibly ruin the way their fur grows for the rest of their lives. I swear this salon doesn't know how to give a scissor cut to save their lives, and the way they shave dog's with hardly any matting goes to show the laziness and lack of care they have for the pets that we pay to have groomed. I'm surprised that I'm just leaving a Google review and not coming to have a discussion in person. If it were possible, I'd sue if the dogs fur didn't grow back the same. (I'd include pictures if my phone was allowing, but it makes me mad every time I look at them. My youngest niece was in tears when she saw the dogs.) Services

I find the prices fair and Stevie always comes home smelling great and silky soft!! I also love that Jamie and Tina donate their time to local animal rescues whenever they can, and even had an angel tree this Christmas season for one. Jamie specializes in grooming dogs who wouldn't do well in "traditional" salons, and does a great job with all of them. Doodles, corgis, aussies, Pyrs, they all get amazing care. I was so impressed with Jamie--she did a beautiful cut. She was also attentive to his ears, for which I am grateful--they had not been plucked well at my just-before-moving appointment and she took care of it with an extra walk-in quicky.
