Typically understaffed in nursing, especially at night and weekends. But the staff that was there was almost universally excellent. I would especially commend Nurse Cassie for service above and beyond. They have social activities that appear to bolster morale and socialization. Although I did not participate in them for my own reasons. They had daily activities and they posted calendars in the rooms listing them. The meals? I do not eat. So I cannot really review them. Except to say they smelled delicious.

I had serious back surgery and couldn't bend, lift or twist, so vacuuming and mopping were things I couldn't do. My helpers became friends and company to me since I lived alone. The owners of Senior Helpers were simply great. They were a "God-send" when I was in need. Debbie, one of the owners, continues to offer help even after I moved to Assisted Living. These people are caring and loving people. They worked with my insurance and provided everything needed to allow me to enter assisted living. Their billing process was fast and convenient.

A new medical device provider will replace Apria on December 1, 2025. I am still seeking a refund on an unused walker returned in September of 2025. I have pictures of the Apria driver placing the walker in his van. I have a picture of the Apria van's license plate. I have the name of the driver. Notes on the Apria electric tablet receipt lists the walker as a returned item. A promise from an Apria supervisor to credit the amount was not fulfilled. I was never contacted by this supervisor as promised. Good riddance to Apria! Horrible customer care. There is an old adage in business: "If you don't take care of the customer someone else will."

I had time sensitive medication that had to be administered and they did not make it. Unanswered calls text emails. And at 5 o'clock they were just plain old closed. Closed? Seriously Home Health closed? Run don't walk from these idiots. They will probably kill you!!! I would go negative stars if I could.
