When I picked up my jewelry I was beyond impressed with the results. The repairs were incredible, beyond what I had hoped for, meticulously accomplished, leaving no visible trace of repair. Like new, only better. Pricing was very fair. I've never met the owner and jeweler, Stan Johnson, but he is obviously a highly skilled craftsman and artist. My only regret is having waited so long.

After getting home and looking at the receipt, it had 14 carat ladies ring. And then looking inside the ring, it was marked 10 carat. The sales person should have told us that. Plus we paid the price for a 14k. Sales are final, so we are stuck with a cheaper one. The ring is beautiful. Maybe the sales person couldn't read the 10k inside of the ring. Bottom line they charged for 14k. Then there was $140:00 for sizing. All of the sales people were nice. Lesson learned, always check your jewelry to see the weight of it before purchasing. Don't take their word.
