When I picked up my jewelry I was beyond impressed with the results. The repairs were incredible, beyond what I had hoped for, meticulously accomplished, leaving no visible trace of repair. Just window shopping, not having a clue what to buy. Just looking. We come upon helzberg jewelry store, thinking we was just gone look around. Then BAM this lady, I forgot her name.... She asked me did I need help, I said no just looking. They kept pressuring for us to try and see what our credit can get us. I'm like no I'm just looking. Not knowing my wife was trying to surprise me with a ring that day. That was the true purpose for being there. So my wife says, go ahead baby just see. I'm like ok. So I told the lady specifically. I only want to spend about two hundred and something dollars a month. She assured me that's fine. Y'all the process was so fast. Me and my wife didn't know the price or anything. They never said. I just Qassumed that I told her what I wanted to spend. That she wouldnt go over. Boy was I wrong. Never let them get a hold of your information without assuring you first, and then repeat. By the time they was done. Remind you I thought my credit wasn't going to work anyway, because I have bad credit. Welp wrong again. They ran my credit 13 different times, which I had no knowledge of. On top of that we got stuck with a bill of 10,000 for a freaking ring and that's not the best part. I pay 477.00 a month. It gets better, so I have my paperwork right, so I'm like ok. I only pay $243. Yeah righttttt..so time went by and I got this text that I need to pay helzberg. I'm like um what. I already paid them. Y'all it was a different branch of helzberg . WTH... So by this time I'm furious. I call them and tell them the same thing I said on the first day. I only wanted to pay 200 and something. Y'all I can't make this up! She says oh let me see what I can do. Lady I told you this like five times in the store. Are you serious?...but there's more she says come back to the store and we gone change the ring. For what so you can run my credit again and not say nothing. Hard pass. I'm good!! Any ways after all that I take my ring home after they sized it in the store. Just for it not to fit correctly. I have tried to tape the back of it. Epic fail, I've tried to order things through Amazon to make it fit another fail. Moral of the story go anywhere but here. If I could give them no stars. I would. One was being too nice. They didn't care if this put me in a bind or not. They were just clearly making a sell. Also I forgot about the part where she told us we could get married after purchasing a ring and said she was ordained. Welp she did the paperwork wrong cost me additional 50 dollars for paperwork. So I ended up paying twice and had to find someone else to do the paperwork, which also cost me sixty dollars more. This place is a hot freaking mess. GO SOMEWHERE, I REPEAT GO SOMEWHERE!!
