The restaurant is very good with one glaring exception: at breakfast, fried eggs ordered "over easy" are always burnt. If you order them over-easy, they're burnt on both sides. If you explain to the waiter that the eggs should not be cooked quickly on such high heat, and then he goes to the kitchen and has the cook do your "over-easy" eggs again, the eggs will still be burnt on one side, but not on the other. It's amazing that a luxury hotel this great in so many ways cannot hire a breakfast chef to adequately cook fried eggs! As they are perpetually doomed to fail with fried egg orders, I recommend you order the poached, egg and salmon breakfast item instead, since for some strange reason, they actually do know how to make poached eggs.
