She berated us at length on our parenting, which was highly unprofessional - and then refused to refund prepaid fees. She seeks legal counsel on every move. Do not pre-pay; if you aren't happy with her services, you can kiss good-bye to your money. It was a nightmare of an experience, and our mental health team members were very dismayed at her behavior. I understand if she couldn't handle a depressive child, but criticizing the parents harshly and keeping many hundreds of dollars is not professional.
