She was prompt and friendly with my responses and was very accommodating to what I wanted. We had family travelling from all over to join in the celebrations. The actual party was in March while COVID was unravelling all around the world. Even with all the uncertainty at this time, Julia came to our home and spent 3 hours taking photos for us. I had already went ahead and did some research on some of the photographers I followed on Social Media. I didn't want just any one to take our photos. I really wanted to make sure I was hiring the right person. I mean, you don't want someone that shoots club photos to do your engagement shoots right? or someone's portfolio theme is very somber and dramatic (Especially the wedding and or Engagement shoots). Moses' portfolio, and things he posted on his social media site showed that he was passionate about his work. He experiments and goes out and scouts for perfect location. Despite the fact he specializes in wedding, his side projects look amazing. Everything he did looked like it was done like a pro. We did not know what to expect or what to do. Moses met up with us twice before the photo shoot to talk about what we wanted to do it and how to go about it. He was very out going, open to suggestions and was able to make some amazing suggestions, that we didn't think of, for our shoot. When it came to taking the pictures, you can tell Moses wanted everything to be perfect. He was very out going, laid back. Guided us with minimal direction He wasn't there to dictate all our poses, he was merely there to make us feel like ease and be in our element. I always felt awkward being in front of a camera. I was kind of afraid it would be like a paparazzi type shoot. Moses did such an amazing job that it didn't feel like he was there taking pictures of us. The final production was amazing. It was everything that I expected. I know the word amazing was over used, but that was the quality of work Moses put into these photos. TLDR; seriously, you're making a mistake if you're not hiring this man to take your pictures. He would bring out the beauty in everything around you.

Since we didn't get to get ready together on her real wedding day, I hired Michael to capture some photos of all the sisters getting ready, and I'm so glad I did! It was super easy to communicate with Michael from across the country before the reception, and on the day he was on time, super friendly and easy to work with. He took both candid and posed shots of us, and he has an amazing eye for cool spots for photos. His turnaround time was super fast as well, we had the pictures a few days later! Almost two years ago, Tomasz led a team of photographers to capture my wedding, for roughly 10-12…read morehours. He didn't do our engagement photos, but we met up to discuss our suggestions and ideas, and he also provided some input when we shared our concerns about lighting at the ceremony. He captured our moments beautifully, both at the ceremony and reception. We also spent a few hours taking photos with our wedding party at some specific outdoor locations, in which he and his partner followed in their own vehicle. The quality of his photos were great, and he was fun to work with. When we weren't sure how to stage ourselves for a photo, he'd offer some guidance. During our reception, he displayed a slideshow of the moments he captured througout the day, and I thought that was a nice touch. We spoke little to each other throughout the day because I was confident in his ability to photograph all that was going on. His style is appropriate at various times, where he is able to capture the mood during the more ceremonial moments and at dinner time when everyone was more relaxed. He provided us with all the photographs at the end, and a beautiful coffee book that I still look at to remind me of that day. Gives me butterflies every time I look at the photos. One photo that I think illustrates his talent and creativity is where he photographs my wedding shoes by hanging them off my parent's tree in their front yard. My very own shoe tree!.
