The salesman, Colin, was not interested in my request for a luxury SUV, and aggressively pushed the inventory on hand. He finally convinced me to test drive a luxury sedan, which did not provide enough space for my work needs. I firmly expressed my budget, size requirements, and desire for low mileage, but he was set on making a quick sale with high mileage, $10K under budget, and had no interest in helping me find a luxury SUV. The icing on the cake is that I am being billed for the purchase of the car that I test drove, and still waiting on Colin and/ or management to return my calls regarding this massive oversight. This false sale affected my credit when I went to a reputable dealer and made an actual purchase, and while I'm paying Enterprise's 9% loan with a subprime lender for my imaginary car, Audi on Causeway gave me 6% with my bank. This experience was terrible, and will remain so until somebody returns my calls and handles this.

They charge a diagnostic fee even if you tell them what's wrong and to just fix it. And you can tell them you changed a part, and because that's the 1st thing to change when the problem occurs, they want to change it again. Nope! For my older vehicles I will bring to a local mechanic that's reasonable. This is exactly why I mainly keep a new car every few years. Warranty people. I give a 3 for the job they did do. She was looking to get the bed sprayed with a liner, some touch up on the paint, headliner redone also detailing. He charged her 850 she gave him 900 out the kindness of her heart and this is what she got in return. When we first looked at it the bedliner look ok the touch up look like a child did it, and headliner was good. The first time putting wood in the bed it scratched off we contacted him and said it was normal lol. So he said he would fix it and it just kept getting worse now all the sides and the bottom is pealing. So she kept contacting him to fix it, but got nothing but the run around when he would fix it which in turn he said here is 300 back of the 900 she payed. Now we have to bring it somewhere to get the shitty job he did out and get it done correctly.The headliner is also hanging but said go to the guy he sent it to he is done with us and have a nice life. So please keep this in mind when trying to do the right thing.
