After renting a luxury SUV from Enterprise, I made an appointment at Enterprise Car Sales next door to purchase something similar. The salesman, Colin, was not interested in my request for a luxury SUV, and aggressively pushed the inventory on hand. He finally convinced me to test drive a luxury sedan, which did not provide enough space for my work needs. I firmly expressed my budget, size requirements, and desire for low mileage, but he was set on making a quick sale with high mileage, $10K under budget, and had no interest in helping me find a luxury SUV. The icing on the cake is that I am being billed for the purchase of the car that I test drove, and still waiting on Colin and/ or management to return my calls regarding this massive oversight. This false sale affected my credit when I went to a reputable dealer and made an actual purchase, and while I'm paying Enterprise's 9% loan with a subprime lender for my imaginary car, Audi on Causeway gave me 6% with my bank. This experience was terrible, and will remain so until somebody returns my calls and handles this. read more

My car was totaled due to an accident so subsequently, I had to get a rental car until the insurance investigation was complete. My check in process with seamless and I was in and out in 10 minutes. My first car did have some maintenance issues and I returned it with no problem. However, if you go on the weekend, they are usually short staffed. read more

Don't ever buy a car from here. After first rain storm after buying the car from them 2 weeks prior. We found out the car was leaking. The vehicle is only 2 years old. After they falsely accused us twice of the car flooding and telling us to make a false insurance claim, they finally acknowledged there was a leak from the windshield. Not for UBER or LYFT! They delay registering you car as much as possible. This causes you to loose money. Without a plate you can't get an inspection sticker. Without a plate and inspection sticker you can't pick up fares. I bought an Impala from them on 8/17/2016. Today is 8/30/2016 and they told me to wait another two weeks. Had I purchased from someone else I could have gotten the plate on the same day. So far I am out $2000.00 in lost income and by their estimate that will swell to $4000.00. I purchased a 2016 Nissan from Enterprise in August 2017.. About 4 months later I learned my windshield was not sealed. The manager gave me a hard time, but after the repair shop I took my car to told the manager to dig deeper, my windshield was fixed. On May 30, 2018, I was heading home on the interstate and the car just stopped running. I quick put my hazard lights on and got out of the car. It was 8 minutes after I got out that a driver smashed it. Why did that car just stopped running, I'll never know because it was totaled. Buyer beware! If purchasing from Enterprise, please do something I didn't do and that's get it check out completely by a certified mechanic. You see, I counted on their little warranty they offer. And also, if the sales person ask you more than three times to make the purchase, walk away, because then their trying to pressure you into buying. This was a good lesson for me, yet I'm glad I got out of that car when I did. Happy to be alive! read more
