That's how long it took Paretti to repair my 2023 Range Rover Sport after an accident. Per Paretti's own repair estimate that was supposed to be a 4-6 week repair once all the parts arrived. Parts delays accounted for about six months--but the real problem was what happened (or didn't happen) after the parts arrived. Months went by with little to no progress, constant missed deadlines, and almost zero communication. I was repeatedly promised weekly updates and even a meeting with the owner--neither happened. No courtesy car was offered, my insurance only covered one month of rental, and I had to buy another vehicle just to get to work. I was also promised reimbursement for my expired data subscription... six weeks later, nothing. I have complete documentation of unanswered calls, emails, and texts. This experience destroyed my trust in Paretti, and after being a loyal customer for years, I'm now selling the car because I refuse to be a rolling advertisement for them. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind--look elsewhere.

Dear Paretti Collision Center Management, I am writing to express my serious concern about the extended length of time my vehicle, a 2020 Range Rover Velar that has been in your repair facility. As of today, July 16, 2024, it has been 127 days since I brought it in for repairs. Throughout this period, I have made consistent efforts to obtain updates on the repair progress. I have contacted the collision center on a weekly basis, but unfortunately, I have not received a confirmed completion date. Furthermore, the lack of a loaner vehicle program has significantly impacted my daily routine. I am currently incurring ongoing expenses for both the vehicle note and insurance, despite not having access to my vehicle. While I appreciate the efforts of your team, the current situation is unacceptable, particularly considering Paretti's reputation as a luxury car dealership. The lack of communication and a definitive timeline is causing me considerable inconvenience. On 7/15/2024, I spoke with a collision supervisor (name unknown) who promised a callback within five minutes to confirm the arrival of a part. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Additionally, on the afternoon of 7/16/2024, I spoke with someone who exhibited unprofessional conduct by interrupting me and arguing during the conversation. This further amplified my frustration. They say Im "questioning their integrity" according to Bill.. before he hung up on me! What a complete JOKE this dealership is. The only integrity that needs to be questioned is of these 2 people and the dealership itself, to go through a sales process with a customer, keeping them on the hook for WEEKS only to cancel the deal because a knowledgable buyer wants to ask questions about the work that was done. Not to mention any time I spoke with Mike or Bill during this process, the tone on the phone was always such that I was completely ruining their day. Wrote up the contract, itemized the places that we looked at. They painted the roof, hood and did a lot of touch up. They do their own paint and body work. They met my budget and went the extra mile to get my business and make me feel good about my purchase. I'm so proud of my new (to me) SUV and I'm 50 years old. My car was in need of a maintenance per the pop up notification on the dashboard, so I scheduled an appointment online with the user friendly website Mazda has to offer. Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first.
