The service agents are arrogant and treat the customer like they are idiots. worst service ever.

Maybe for warranty items or oil changes, I would recommend. The technicians did a good and fast job on the ac. It's the store itself. They making a killing. My 72 yr old dad just pd $3000 for an ac and a bunch of diagnostic charges on 2012 Corolla. Ac works great but come on. Usually a company that charges these fees, agree to take that off the repair costs if they agree to have repairs done there, NOPE not Greg Leblanc. They charge a diagnostic fee even if you tell them what's wrong and to just fix it. And you can tell them you changed a part, and because that's the 1st thing to change when the problem occurs, they want to change it again. Nope! For my older vehicles I will bring to a local mechanic that's reasonable. This is exactly why I mainly keep a new car every few years. Warranty people. I give a 3 for the job they did do. Brought my tundra in because airbag light and tire sensor light was on dash. Figured I would get an oil change and tire rotation since I was there. I was told that I would need an appointment. So I made an appointment. When I showed up for appointment they said the oil change and tire rotation could be done that day. However, I was then told that a certified Toyota technician would have to look at air bag light and that I could have an appointment in 11 days for that issue. I will never enter the property again. We called Greg LeBlanc Toyota ready to purchase a 4Runner, only to be told they won't sell to out-of-state buyers. Apparently, they only sell to locals to "keep vehicles in-state." I've never heard anything like that--turning away a guaranteed sale simply because of where the customer lives. A sale is a sale, right? This policy makes absolutely no sense and left a terrible impression. If you're not a Louisiana resident, don't waste your time. Avoid this place. read more

Due to COVID and the shortage of cars, we were forced to purchase a Prius from whom ever had the best price and availability. Greg Leblanc Toyota of Houma had a Prius due in with in a couple of weeks. We put $1K down and waited. The car came in and we had to drive about 150 miles from Mississippi to pick it up. The sales lady that we had, Alicia Knight, we found out failed to inform us of a few things about the car. I had to ask about the spare tire or as we found out the lack of one. We had a blowout within the first 2 months and couldn't get the inflator (basically a Fix a Flat system) to work right. We had to call a wrecker. Once at the Toyota Dealership in Slidell, they didn't know anything about replacing the fix a flat system, this was one of the many things that were not explained by Ms. Knight. Then came the License Plates. We got a Louisiana temp plate as normal. A few days before the plate expired, I called to find out the status of the title (we were doing a plate transfer). The lady had problems finding the paperwork. Once she did she said she would call me back that afternoon, this was a Thursday. I was never called back so I waited until Monday. She didn't answer the phone, so I left a call back number and was never contacted. My wife got a call from somebody saying the paperwork was at the DMV/Tax Officer in Poplarville. As it turned out they misplaced out paperwork and overnighted to Mississippi (the Tax office showed me the envelope). Then as it turned out they spelt my name incorrectly (James instead of Eric). Then they listed the color of the color of the car incorrectly (Black instead of Sea Glass Pearl). Finally, because they delayed the paperwork, we had a $32 Late fee that we had to pay. I didn't want to get a Toyota, but my wife was persistent about getting a Prius, we did. I can grantee she will not make that argument anymore and this the last Toyota we will own. read more

My salesman was Donald. He went over and above. He had my beautiful truck delivered to me at home. I was not really happy with Toyota for only providing one key Fob. It was not the dealership's problem but Donald helped me find someone to make a duplicate FOB. I did not want to risk losing the only one I had. read more

I was ready to purchase a new Toyota, but the salesman (Alex)wanted to force me to sign paperwork locking in a price BEFORE I was ready to see the finance man. He said that the price was non negotiable and that I knew that because I left a deposit. I was NEVER told that a deposit indicated a locked in price. I was only asking for less than $1000 deduction on a car that was already overpriced. The finance man (Troy) was rude and said it was not his problem while he tried to tack on $1700 for additional warranties. The manager was called and it went downhill from there. The car we went in looking for was priced at $10,000 online. We stayed in the dealer ship from 9:30am-12pm and when we were about to finalize the deal and sign the papers. The car was priced $4,000 more than it was original stayed on the website. All together we would have paid a total of $16,000 for a 2013 Toyota Camry ! These people will try to rip you off and need to be CLEAR and more professional when trying to sell a car . Unacceptable and will not recommend anyone to them unless they give a clear narrative. Lastly, our "dealer" wasn't focused on us, but everything around him. Disregard our questions when asked until it was time for him to talk . I cannot express the disappointment I have with this company. The only thing that made it worth while was the free coffee. read more

Corey, Cody, Derek & Troy were straight up, honest, and fair, and I would purchase another vehicle from them again in a heartbeat! They made purchasing my vehicle quick, hassle free, and easy! After purchasing my vehicle, I needed to bring it in to get a problem fixed. I was under warranty unfortunately the service department said there was nothing wrong with my liftgate. They are wrong. Terrible car dealership! Will never set foot at Greg Leblanc again. This is the deal: I was shopping for a used car and found a 2007 toyota camry with low mileage on the lot. I expressed interest in the car and asked the salesman to give me a price quote. He comes back with the list price of $11,500 which is the high retail for this car on NADA. The car had low mileage 38,000 for the year but was only in fair condition at best, tires needed replacement, interior and exterior were obviously 10 years old. Bottom line car was not worth full retail. The car had also been sitting on the lot for over 2 months at this point. Now the facts: Fair dealership market value was between $9,000 and $10,800 via KelleyBlueBook. Average trade in at a dealer was around $5500 to $6800. With all that being said i asked salesman if he could quote a better price and i had cash in hand ready to negotiate from $8000. He absolutely refused to offer a lower price and claimed that they were actually losing money and took this vehicle in at a loss (sure because car dealerships do that... what a joke). He even had the audacity to tell me that car gurus had there car listed below value which i had just checked and it was listed above fair market value! I let him know this and he still insisted there was no room for negotiation. Side note a friend told me she bought a car from them a few months back and the saleswoman told her the same thing, that sticker price was bottom line.They are the stereotypical car salespeople! There just out to finance there new vehicles and are not willing to work with you otherwise. I only suggest you come here if you want to trade in a vehicle because your sure to get your money's worth. Make sure they offer you above trade value and even ask for their special loss deal.... ; ) read more
