The nail tech left bruises on my arms and the polish was so sloppy. I complained and the owner asked me to tip - no way.

The employee that did my pedicure was extremely rude. I explained to her from the beginning that I needed my toenails cut a certain way and when I kindly showed her that she had cut my toenail lopsided she got an attitude. do not use this salon! not if you care about your health. these ladies are friendly & nice, but they are way toooo rough. they literally cut my cuticles; not trimmed them; cut them. you are not supposed to have your cuticles cut and these ladies should know better. they all have licenses. plus, my nail technician this time, found a way to cut my foot. i am diabetic and i should not have any cuts on my feet. when i said something to her about the cut on my foot, she barely even apologized. just flipped her hand up in the air as if it weren't important. i am thinking about calling the arkansas board of cosmetology and reporting this salon for unsafe conditions. just be very very careful if you decide to use this salon. read more

Came while visiting from Boston. Came with my wife, sister-in-law and mother-in-law. We didn't have to wait. They made sure they understood what we wanted and did a beautiful job. Reasonable prices and they are so clean! They use liners in the foot baths. While we were drying I saw them clean every surface under where the liners were as well. She even took out the jet and cleaned that! I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

I will never go here again. I went in for a pedicure. 50 dollars it's been 2 days and the polish is already peeling "and it's gel" I had my 2 daughters with me and they told me 45 dollars for them to get a mani/pedi.. didn't say 45 dollars each. There polish fell off the same night.. didn't even clean their finger nails. This is the first and last time I will ever go here. I wish my normal nail tech wasn't booked out 2 weeks. I really want my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I will NEVER go back here again. Huge mistake on my part as my usual place was super busy. It's ridiculous that these workers don't take pride in what they do, and put out shoddy work. Thick nails, talks you out of what you want so they can charge more (chop shop), burns your skin with grinder, crooked/splotchy colors, list goes on and on. Save your money!! read more

I would give a zero if I could my friend and I went to get our nails done and pedicure. They didn't even offer another pedicure except basic. Turned off my massage chair. I got dip powder which she tried to talk me out of 3 times, when I kept saying no I want dip. I have a hurt wrist and she said relax. She hurt my nails they are all uneven (length)left glue on and just put oil on to hide it. One nail has a huge dip in it. Didn't round of corners. Didn't even ask what length I wanted. My friend they didn't ask what length. Site says $22 for fill with shellac and charged her $50. They were rude. And way over charged this was supposed to be a thing for Mother's Day! read more

I have tried various locations to do my nails. Mary at Golden Nails is gentle, English speaking and quick. I preference the dip nail. I have tried all other kinds and they don't stay on for me no matter who does them. Golden Nails have massage chairs for awesome soaking pedicure too! read more

0 stars. This place is horrible. Very unsanitary and they overcharged me for nails that look absolutely horrible. $75 for some fat and crooked nails. They were so rude and made sure to charge me $75 for a set where ever nail is crooked and completely different lengths. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just go somewhere else. Also she cut my finger and painted over the bleeding spot with the nail polish brush and just stuck it back in the bottle without cleaning it. -10/10. Disgusting. read more

I always take my younger daughters with me and my mother to get our nails painted. It is a special treat. My 3 year old was really looking forward to getting hers painted. Sandy refused to paint her nails. She told me that she would only do shellac on them. I told her we would just paint them at home. Of course my toddler threw a fit when we left because she wouldn't paint them. I was appalled. Then she shoved my child out of her way as well. I will never go back to this place!!!!! read more

Pedicure shellac removal no soak off. Just pulled it off with cuticle nippers. Asked to please soak of and she would not. Also color is off compared to sample. Way off!! Daughters traditional pedicure has in adequate polish coverage. read more

Today, I had the best pedicure of my life. Linda was my nail tech. I got the works- the soak, the polish, the exfoliation, the hot wax treatment, the hot stone massage....oh my goodness! Loved it!!
