Dressing was very dry and had a consistency of cornmeal, you touched dit and it broke apart. Mashed potatoes were definitely instant mashed potatoes and not a good brand. Spaghetti sauce had a little meat in it, but tasted like stewed tomatoes. Cornbread was dry and unsweetened. Roll was OK. Green beans casserole was good. Coworker said liver and boiled cabbage was good, said catfish was bad and "none of it was great". Salad bar looked fresh. Another coworker had asked us to bring her back some dessert: when I sent her a picture of the desert bar, she changed her mind. They serve Pepsi products and offer sweet tea.
