Ultimately she was able to tell me who would be at my home and even was able to switch the person when I needed to change the date and each time I received texts from the person coming (first Christina/ then Gloria) and were very willing to answer my questions. Ultimately Gloria was on time, walked through my house in detail prior and covered some worries I texted about like my stove, floors, and some things I did not want cleaned. I don't like shiny. I want clean but not a wet look, etc (I know I'm picky) and I have to say I am SO HAPPY! I felt comfortable that my home would be taken care of and man, I didn't realize how much I wasn't getting to. They were thorough and used very similar products I had. I offered to leave my cleaning supplies out but they used their own stuff and did fantastic. I have hardwood floors and made sure they used wood cleaner like we texted about and they sure did (floors look so good!) she understood my not shiny ask and delivered. Everything was so clean! I do not want other people getting taken advantage of much the same I did. Fabiola said she was going to deep clean but barely managed even a regular clean. She didn't even bring a vacuum! There was dust all over the floors after she left, our rugs were left filthy. Our nightstands and window sills were still completely covered in dust. Our shutters were left unattended with dust all over. So much dust everywhere! I didn't expect a deep clean - I just expected our house to be clean at the very least! I paid her fully, but did reach out to her to let her know my disappointment. I even sent along videos showing her all the areas that were left unattended. She just kept lying over and over again saying she cleaned those areas. How can someone be so absolutely delusional about the work when there is hard evidence in video form to prove the lack of work. If you are looking for a cleaner with a good work ethic and morals, this business is not that. By far the worst experience and the worst house clean I have ever encountered. Updating this review to let everyone know I paid MORE than the regular cleaning rate. Your regular cleaning rate was $200 and I paid you $250. So I paid you more, not less than what was quoted. This was BELOW the standards of regular clean and definitely not a deep clean as proven in all videos and photos. And no, after all that, I did not want a re-do.

He replaced two light fixtures in my kitchen and they are hanging down from the ceiling, not flush with the ceiling like they are supposed to be. He said he would fix them when he came back to repair the damage in #3, which he never did. 2. He replaced my outdoor light fixture and it was crooked. However, he did fix it when he returned to repair other damage that he had caused (see #4). 3. He upgraded my porcelain sink to a stainless steel sink and, in the process, cracked 5 tiles that he said he would come back and fix. It took me having to hunt him down for two months for him to finally tell me that my particular tiles had been discontinued and I would have to replace my countertops (at my own expense, I figure, because when I told him that he had the obligation to pay for the replacement countertops, he did not text me back). 4. After he replaced the sink, when I used my dishwasher, it flooded underneath the sink and caused tons of water damage. He came a few days later to "fix it," but the same thing happened again and he insisted to me that it was not the result of his work (that the tubes were clogged). He also told me that he would repair the water damage, but his solution was that he would "paint over it," not replace the damaged wood. When I started researching him, I saw that he was on Thumbtack and had several good reviews, but also a few really bad ones (with stories quite similar to mine). When I went to leave him a review on Thumbtack, it would not let me. When I called customer service, they told me that their policy was that I could not leave a review unless I had hired him through the app., which I had not. I went back and forth with them - explaining that I paid him $1500 only to have all this damage done to my home and even sent them 8 pictures of the damage. They still would not let me leave a review. The customer service representative told me that she had just been talking to Ismael about a complaint that they had received about him from another customer. But she also told me that they were going to let him stay on the app! 5. When I hired another repairman to fix my dishwasher, he was appalled by the "Mickey Mouse" job (his words) that had been done to connect the dishwasher tubes after the sink installation. Ismael would only communicate with me if I texted him first, even though he was supposed to be working on finding tiles so that he could replace the ones he cracked. He would never give me updates like a professional should do; I always had to hunt him down for updates. As another customer states, he would say he would come to fix the issues, but then when I gave him my schedule, he would not text me back. If you look at his responses to his customer complaints on Thumbtack, he blames the customers rather than taking responsibility for the issues that he caused himself. He did the same to me, telling me that he was going to fix my dishwasher, but "unfortunately I went and hired another contractor" to do it (after I had let him try to fix it and he could not.
