I set myself up for a letdown, not expecting his office staff to be as "warm and fuzzy" as what I've experienced in the past. Well.... they exceeded it! Not only were they super sweet to my wife & kids, they were extremely professional and upfront on what the costs of the ongoing work we would be having (no hidden costs or surprises). The office is outfitted with the most up-to-date dental technology. In fact, he uses a 3D printer (obviously more sophisticated than what can be purchased at the consumer level) to make his own Crowns in-house. I'm sold as a forever customer !

Dr Hall, Ms. Mason, Tammy, and Kimberly treated him like royalty. They took him in almost immediately and fixed a difficult to fix tooth even though we had never been there before today. Dr. Hall explained all that he was doing and helped my son relax and not be nervous or anxious! They even recovered his broken-off piece so he could "sell it to the tooth fairy"! We had a GREAT experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist (because he's the BEST) for the whole family! I was told as I was shaking and crying during procedure that "I don't know why you are so upset, there isn't any pain." This is someone that does not understand anxiety. And the root canal tooth that was done continues to give me pain so I have to go back to recheck but have been putting off for over a year because it was such a bad experience. I won't be going back there, but even to go in anywhere is stressful for me due to the experience. I had come a long way with my dental anxiety and this experience set me back years. I'm sure they are fine for people that don't experience dental anxiety, however if you do- look elsewhere.

I got held up in heavy traffic I called them and imformed them that I was running late and the staff told me that it was fine. Too tell you the true I was hopping for them to tell me to re schedule because my mind was in the hospital with my husbad , and I was without sleeping for three days. When I got there I called them again to check if it was fine to be late 20 minutes because I was lost in the parking lot. It was very complicated to find the building but one of their staff came out to the parking lot to help me to get to their building, I was 20 minutes late but she didn't complain and she gave me some form to fill out. I stared to fill out the treatment forms without problems, there was two receptionist and they asked me if I speak English I didn't answer and keep filling out the forms and I heard the two littler receptionist saying, that the other client was arrived late. They were saying . and that lady that came late is there and they were laughing and saying that I needed to leave. I didn't said anything because I wanted to hear what they were saying about me, in English, thinking that I didn't understand the English language. . By the time I finished with the pepar work the first lady that first told me that it was fine because they weren't busy came and told me that they Can Not see me because I was late and I needed to reschedule I told her but you told me, that it was fine and gave me the paper to fiil out and now that I have everything ready you telling me that the dentist can not see me, and she said, yes and you need to reschedule. And very rude asked me for the click board . I control myself and I said, "Jesus help me, because evil people are everywhere but I trust on you". I gave her the clik board and she asked me for the forms that I filed out and I told her, no those are my papers, my information and since you people are been so unprofetional, you don't need my information. I need this papers because very easy they can tell the insurance, that I was lying and that they told me in advance that I needed to reschedule. Guess what. Here it's my prof. I don't recommend this office and I will like, to someone from this office to give me an apologies. I may be Hispanic, but I speak English, I work, and I have insurance. From when I walked in everyone greeted me with smiling faces and made me feel welcomed. They walked me through the services and provided an explanation of what was going on with my teeth. Typically this is when they would sell me on doing it then and there, but instead they gave me time to think and did not make me feel bad about not doing the services the same day. We had been a client for a couple years, cleanings only and had nothing special or bad to say…read more However, or last experience was very disappointing. They called several times to confirm certain details about a procedure for my child (same conversation several times) so obviously they are not updating their notes and not communicating with each other. There was terrible traffic because of that hotel construction that we had no idea about in downtown Athens so we were running late and they called us five minutes after we were scheduled, I said we were close they said OK. We arrived at 18 after and the receptionist said with a tone, "well... The doctor probably won't be able to see you because we have a 15 minute window." I said "can you check and see I'm sorry there was construction traffic we didn't know about." The receptionist said "yeah well... I already did and they're not gonna do it. We're gonna have to reschedule." I said no thanks. If we would have run from the parking lot to the receptionist desk we probably would have been there right at 15 after. So ridiculous.
