Her practice is at Benner & Townsend Dentistry (770-867-3275) in Winder and it is the only place to go if you are looking for somewhere that you instantly feel like a member of the family. That is not hyperbole. The entire office was welcoming and made me feel like I had been a patient there for years and years. Usually you like the doctor but the office staff is "meh". Not here! Everyone was absolutely fantastic. From the person who helped me make my initial appointment, to the person who checked me in, to my hygienist (who I believe said she has been with the practice for 20? years!!!), to Dr. Cyndie herself, to the woman who checked me out. From beginning to end...a completely wonderful, friendly, compassionate experience. My cleaning was top notch. Nowhere along the line did they try and "upsell" me or push expensive treatments or anything on me. I sincerely wish every interaction with providers and professionals was this amazing! Life would be so much better. I honestly can't wait to go back for my next 6-month appointment and I'm telling all my friends and family to switch to Dr. Cyndie Kennedy-Townsend for all their dental needs. You should too!

I've been hesitant…read moresince I love my old one finally I ended up with a toothache the past couple of days and I was a little overdue for a cleaning so nothing like a toothache to motivate finding a dentist quickly. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Everyone was wonderful, I really enjoyed my time there. The ladies in the front were super friendly. We were cutting up like we'd been long time besties! My hygienist and the dentist were also great! It felt like being at the salon, just for my teeth. And since we couldn't pinpoint where the pain was coming from, as of course it didn't hurt when I woke up this morning even though it had been hurting the past couple of days, he suggested to wait and see if it comes back and if so call them and he can do more direct treatment. I love a conservative approach to dentistry! But my teeth are clean, the office is clean, overall it was such a great experience. Really glad I went here!

My first visit to Stansell & Petree. Two hours in the dentist's chair for some "as painless as…read morepossible" extractions and repair. Dr. Stansell and the entire staff were caring, professional and stellar in every way any patient could hope for. I was a nervous patient at first and,... in pain. Lithia at the front desk was the first to welcome and convince me to relax. Alexis the dental assistant, for two plus hours, never left my side. From every room you can see trees, birds and many other calming sights. Their facility is impeccable. Dr. Stansell did what needed to be done as gently as possible. Debra, the office manager made eye contact and sincerely wanted to know if there was any part of this visit that could have gone better. This visit was 72 hours ago. I sincerely mean what I told Debra; "This is the first time in 40 years I've enjoyed a trip to the dentist. I'm scheduling subsequent visits to Stansell & Petree." - Semper Fidelis

I have been going to Dr Stephens over 20 years and I knew his family and my daughter was a friend to one of his daughters. I was nervous about the transition but after going to the Auburn office I feel very good about continuing there. It still feels like "friends" that want to help, educate and take care of us. I'm relieved and thankful that this transition seems relatively flawless... Do no go here!!! Dr…read more Gomez, on her first day, was using AI to determine where the pulp of my tooth was, and drilled through it! As a result, I have had to spend $3,000. Root canal, $1600, crown, $1400. obviously I used a different dentist, as Dr. Vancil said to me, verbatim, "I suck at root canals." After which, the practice texted me that they were, "praying for me."
