The amenities are taken away at the drop of a hat. As if it's some sort of treat for good behavior. Any time spent out of your apartment is under scrutiny don't try to improve the situation or moral. Tenants are responsible for the cleanliness of the community room . If you need something too bad as management (2 people) only work a few hours a week and "to busy most often . The previous maintenance person was completely inept and often relied on the tenant to do it for themselves. Patchett is a nice place in a lovely setting with unlimited potential. Unfortunately attitudes need adjusting. If it's an amenity the paying tenants should not need permission to access it.
