He mentioning another local agent that hated him....hmmm wonder why? We were very anxious to see what the area had to offer us, and we are experienced buyers, having purchased multiple apartments in Manhattan, full time residences in New Jersey, vacation homes in Florida and Pennsylvania, and all on a cash basis. I guess I should apologize for wasting an hour of his time that might have resulted in a $60,000 plus commission.
