The owner of Chimney's seemed like a nice guy. He said he could repair the the fireplace as soon as the very next day. I said "Great, I have to go to work the next day but Id leave the back door open." My daughter leaves her IPAD on the sofa every morning and it is in the same place every evening. The IPAD was suddenly missing. We tore the home apart and searched until the next day before placing blame on anyone. The owner of Chimneys Best said Its impossible that anyone from his crew stole it and he offered for his cousin who is trooper to trace it. Unfortunately, since the IPAD we bought our daughter for her 6th grade graduation never left the confines of our home we did not put the tracer on and it was also unlocked so no matter what the offer was it would be untraceable. We filed a police report but nothing came out of it. I should have taken the day off and been vigilant the entire time but since we moved to a small new town I suppose I was too trusting. I do not think the owner of Chimneys Best stole it but Im 100% sure someone in his crew did. I hope you enjoy a child's graduation present and feel like crap scrolling through a little girls selfies with her cat. Our daughter was in tears. Lesson Learned- Do not be trusting and BEWARE and present with anyone new working on your home.

When Emma was less than a year old she was running to and from the neighbor's house where I was chasing after her constantly. The final straw was the day that she came in contact with her future boyfriend Tully boy. I did not know that Tully boy was harmless at the time but it scared me enough that I ran all the way home and went right for the Yellow Pages. LITERALLY. True story. It was then that I had an opportunity to talk to Chris and about a week later he installed the invisible fence by Dog Guard around my 2-acre property. He also installed the monitor in the flower beds and in one room inside (where I fed the cats). The training only needed to be done once because the second time Emma wanted no part of it... She took one look at Chris and ran in the other direction.... Which means she got it from GetGo LOL not that I'm laughing really because it's sad to see your dog get zapped for the first time. But she never got zapped again. Once those yellow flags are up the dog wants no part of trying to go through them. Emma would always stay 5 to 10 feet away. Needless to say she never went through it except one time when I was on my bicycle and drove past the end of the driveway down the street. At that time though she didn't have the collar on. In her defense she was just probably a nervous wreck not wondering where I was going so she took the risk. She never wore the collar after about the first 6 months. She didn't need to. Most dogs don't. The first thing I will be doing is calling Chris to install another invisible fence after I get my next home and before I get my next dog. Note: over the years of having my dog fence I needed revisions from time to time because when I was cutting the hedges I sometimes accidentally cut the wires and Chris would have to come back. So really, he kind of became a family friend and a trustworthy source.

Little did I know when renting said apartment, that the property had already been walked away from and was soon to be pursued by the bank. Landlord, also dba as Olympia, ignored most of my complaints. What complaints he did heed were quickly blamed upon me, such as the rotted plumbing that was backing up onto the bathroom floor due to it being fed into the backyard and not into the town's plumbing. As well, handshake agreement during lease signing to remove past tenants trash from side of house was ignored. Two months ago, after much pursuit by a trustee of the bank, an agent from the bank came to change the locks on the house; only to be thwarted by the police. Trying to leave the apartment now two months behind in rent and landlord is shamelessly, after grossly profiting from the rent, trying to recoup those two months rent. I'd assume that any business deal with this company is going to be risky, as proper facilities seem to not exist.
