They squeezed me in to try to see if they could spot the issue without taking anything apart (as they wouldn't have time to put it back together before they closed) and check if it was safe to drive because I am not from town. They were completely honest when they told me they didn't know what was wrong but also what things they knew were working. And they didn't even charge me any service fee for looking at it! But instead of calling to let us know it's not gonna come in, they just left us in the water wondering, good thing I called because the vehicle would of been on my lift for two days. Needless to say, this place has went down they are terrible at communicating and they do not honor they're warranties properly, they tried to get out of it by saying it's from a third-party, and than by saying it's aftermarket. But that doesn't matter it's not my third-party it's theirs. Also, it was still a brand new part. So just be cautious when you're shopping with this place. I was told that the ladder on the boat was an item that breaks a lot and that I should really get their insurance in case I break it. I declined again saying that we will make sure not to break the ladder. After the boat had been dropped off after use, a few staff members were whispering and pointing during the after-rental checks. I asked what the issue was, and they tried to explain that I broke the ladder and it will cost me $1000. I told them I made sure the ladder was up before driving and that we did nothing to break it and they continued whispering and pointing but ultimately decided that "the pictures they took were wrong" and that I did not break the ladder. (pretty sure they would have scammed me for breaking this ladder if I had not been watching them during the checks). This whole experience is a shame because everything else about the rental was exceptional. The boat was very nice, timely customer service and very helpful staff.
