Another complaint on Yelp's same issue 11 months ago. please reach out to me if this has happened to you so we can get this to stop.

Went for a full set. They were great went Back for a fill and the white tip painted on came off with in an hour. Went back had Jon fix they did the sane thing. Went back again the next day told him to do somthing different this definitely isn't working and I don't have time to come back. And I was leaving for vacation. He insisted ,so reluctantly he redid the white tips. Same thing came off. Told him just give me my money back . I'll go somewhere else. Said this has never happened before. He would try this on a co worker if it comes off he is a man of his word and would return the $50 I paid. ( oh and defiantly be careful on pricing, the fill price they advertise is not what they charge. Actually Charged me to file my nails and shape them .$15.00 more. Mind you ihad nothing done different . As him being a man of his word he is not. I have had to call repeatedly. Gabriela was helpful to get him to return my call as a co worker said he was not there and then took the phone off the hook as Jon is talking to them telling them what the issue is . Jon finally returned my call yesterday saying he will not be returning my money as he stated he would. And had the nerve to say I scratched them off my self and how he never had this happen before. Well looking at the reviews now he has had this happen. Sadly things do happen but when a business does not stand behind there work that's just stealing your customers hard earned money. $50. For this. It's sad. Will be moving forward make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else

Kinda bummed. Went to my backup spot for a pedicure and the lady I like isn't here anymore I got a new person and nails/pedi urea must be new to them. Glad I only paid $25 for a gel pedicure (Y2K price) I'll have to buff them & add a clear coat to even the out. time for a new spot as I won't be back. read more

Beautiful salon a lot of diversity and warm welcomes when you step foot into the salon a lot of motivated cosmetologist as well as nail artist they also do great highlights and balayage well worth it was treated with great customer service arrived on time and was able to get right in perfect business for Lodi area highly recommended 10 out of 10 read more

DO NOT come here. They are fraud. They do not honor appointments. I literally drove 30 minutes out of town to come get my eyelashes done. Made an appointment 24 hours in advance. The lady confirmed it then I drive all the way over here for her to say she's tired and lie and say she's unaware of any appointment. I don't ever do walk-ins. I always make appointments for all of my beauty routines and so for them to sit there and accuse me of lying about making an appointment I even showed the owner my call log !they are just unprofessional and I wouldn't ever recommend this place to my worst enemy Ladies beware and spend your money elsewhere. Do not waste your time on this crappy place. read more

I called on Saturday and made a appointment on Sunday at 9:30 for 2 pedicures. We arrived on Sunday just a little bit before 9:30 there was only one worker that had a client in the chair already she called her husband and said that me and my friend would have to wait 45 minutes. neededles to say we ended up going somewhere else. this is the second incident that I had with them. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE COMING. 01/19/2025 Recently decided to come to this location last minute as I observed several reviews which appeared to be great at first glance... I was getting my nails done and gentleman who introduced himself as the owner of the business began to work on my nails. While he was working on my nail's he asked questions which I did not mind at first.... However, he began to sexualize me and make me feel uncomfortable telling me that my legs are sexy and mentions several inappropriate things regarding what he would do to me in a sexual manner was unacceptable. I asked to have my nails finished by a female employee after the owner made me feel very uncomfortable and he explained to me that I would have to pay an additional fee for having two (2) employee's work on my nails. The other employee's in there are not the issue, I felt disgusted as I took time out of my day to support this business and it's quite unfortunate that this business owner has no respect for women who is probably 98% of its client base. Hopefully people read this and have an idea of what you may walk into... even knowing I was in a relationship didn't stop this man from saying he would seduce me. To think that this man does the nails of younger women Is scary. read more

If we could leave a 0 star review we would, my mom has been a regular here since they opened and she constantly goes back, this weekend on mothers days she went in to treat her self, and John the owner or manager had a very ugly attitude and made her wait over an hour even tho he said he could help her. My mom asked for her nails a certain way, with gel nothing hard and he denied and did whatever he want to her nails. This is not the first time he's rude, and also says very inappropriate comments. Will not be going there again. read more

Terrible. Went in at 12:40- took almost 3 hours to get bumpy and clumpy acrylics and only 4 terrible french tips (not straight, un even, polish everywhere) for me to realize that i'm screwed. wanted a refund (got charged 75$, only got 40$ back after I told them i was going to a different salon to get them fixed). Usually love this place because John does my nails, if it's not him don't go. read more

I'm very sad to have to leave this review, because i was genuinely excited to try this spot out. All of the employees here are amazing, besides one man and the owner. I came in to get an acrylic full set and a pedicure. On the door and signs pricing is $30 pedicure, $35 full set acrylic. The man doing my toes completely rushed the process and didn't do tips. my toes looked terrible. I said it was fine, you can leave it without the tips but I'd like a discount. Next I got my nails done. Everything was fine until he told me my price was $90??? He said my toes were $25 so I'm confused why my finger came out to $65. He says because they're french tip... so that's $30 extra? The other employees were confused at the pricing too it seemed. One woman fixed my toes for free and was AMAZING. June is also very sweet. John the owner is horrible and not kind to his staff. this place is only in business because of the amazing women here. read more

PLEASE have the skill, or training our experience to do your job. If you don't I'd gladly give $20 to say so, before you butcher all the hair on my head. I went to get my hair done by Mari and I'm very disappointed on how it turned out at first I liked it but then two days later when I went to wash my hair a lot of the color came out and she said it was permanent but if it was most of my color wouldn't of came out be careful who you trust to do your hair because she clearly didn't know what she was doing read more

I was in Lodi temporarily, and was looking for a nail salon. This is my second time and I've been equally pleased both times. Diane did my pedicure both times and it has been one of my favorite (French tip) pedicures yet. The way she shaped and painted them was great! Also John has done my acrylic nails and my moms and he did really good. We were both happy with how they looked. I wish I had pictures, but go there and ask for them. You won't be disappointed. I'm sad I left Lodi already because I really enjoyed going to golden shears. read more

Jade does fantastic hair work and always get my hair done right! I just simply show her a picture of what I want, and she can replicate it. On top of the hair sessions, I get my nails done here. The things I usually check for in a salon are sanitation, professionalism, great prices, customer service, and their art work. Simply E'le'gance Salon & Spa exceeded them all! I was very happy with Carol's services. Not only did she do a wonderful job, but she was very personable and made me feel fantastic! All in all, I was very happy with the service and price I paid for. This shop seems to use the best items in the market including their nail polish (all OPI). In addition, their pedicure chairs were very comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone!

Checked out this nail salon this afternoon and was thoroughly impressed with their service and my mani-pedi. It was a pleasure meeting Gabriella and Robert, who were both thoughtful and thorough. The salon was spotless and reasonably priced. After being a loyal customer at the same nail salon for over twenty years, it's refreshing to find a place that genuinely appreciates my business. As my appointment went on, I also became concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The pedicure tub didn't appear to be cleaned, there were no plastic liners, and a tool that had been dropped on the floor was still used afterward. I left feeling disappointed by the interaction, but even more frustrated after paying $130 and having three of my nails pop off the very next day. I returned to have them fixed, and while they repaired them without any issue, two more nails came off the following morning. I understand that things happen, but between the sanitation concerns, the quality of the work, and having to make multiple trips back to the salon, I was disappointed with my overall experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

For my full set, the base color was nude and the nail shape was formed into Almond. For my toes, the big toe had all lines of the three colors and the rest were painted hot pink. The polish was gel, which makes the nails last longer. The individuals who assisted me during my visit were Ha and Mimi. They were both so lovely, pleasant, and kind. I appreciated their hospitality and service. They both worked together to ensure that the execution of my full set and toenails exceeded expectations. I was super pleased and satisfied with the outcome. So far, I have already received so many compliments from people. The inside of the nail/hair salon was clean and spacious. Complimentary cold drinks were offered to guests, including water bottles, sodas, and mimosas (which I ultimately got). The price point for the entire bill was extremely reasonable.
