I have been to this salon about six times for mani/pedi's and each time I was disappointed. It's a factory line type of establishment. My manicure was done very fast, the gal went through the motions of pushing my cuticles back but didn't even touch them. The polish doesn't last for either mani/pedi. I was hoping to get the dry skin scraped or grated off my heels, but only got a scrub with a sponge. Expensive for subpar work. Never returning. read more

Nice looking place but my gel polish started lifting the day after and they told me it was normal. Fixed the problem but the lady that fixed the lifting used the file on my skin, cut me and made me bleed, and then cured the polish on my skin. The manicure on the "fixed nails" looks worse than it did the first time. read more

If i could rate a 0 i would, never once have a got a gel polish change and have to sit in a rolling chair and hold my legs up myself. Staff rude, quick, and not friendly. Lady was filing my toes so quickly and was rushing it was hurting so bad. Highly don't recommend. Terrible. I had to tell her three times to trim my nails shorter- they are jagged and not straight- she cut my skin and used to the dirtiest nail file I have ever seen. I had to ask her to stop rubbing my legs because she did not use oil or lotion and was burning my skin with her rubber gloves. She then made comments to the tech next to her- in their language- you can see how dry my skin is- these were taken in their parking lot as soon as I walked out. read more

They have a good amount of color in their polish collection and use good quality brands. Prices are fair. I gave this establishment more chances than they deserved, quite frankly. They are so beyond rude and care very little about their customers needs. Heaven forbid you ask them to do anything they deem unnecessary. They will make it known that any correction or request is outlandish and annoying. I realized months ago, that appointments are completely pointless in making. You wait anywhere from 15 mins to a half hour any time you make an apt. Walk in's give you a better chance of shorter wait times. I vowed not to go back the last time they were so harsh with my young daughters. Really great pedicures! Raquel, Lien, and the rest of the staff are good at what they do! The place is always clean and the massage chairs are always functioning. You feel like you get your money's worth because they take their time grooming your nails and rubbing your feet and legs. I never feel like they cut my services short because they are busy and want to get on to the next customer. They charge $28 for a pedicure (not including tip). You can find pedicures cheaper in town but so far I have found Finishing Touch to do the best job. read more

I like having my pedi at Finishing Touch because I don't have to choose from 5-6 different pedis they offer just one great pedi. Technicians take there time as there pedi chairs massage your back. The polish selection is good and polish is quality. Price is fair and you can get an appointment or just walk in (may be a short wait for walk in) good parking and good hours of operation. read more

I have come here about 10 times. It is the best I have found in Lodi so far, but not great. The prices are a little high for what you get. I enjoy their spa pedicures and you don't usually have to wait long even if you don't have an appointment. Last time I brought my son and we were put way in the back almost in our own little room so that was nice. I have never had anyone cut me or do a horrible job on my toes, so I will return. The selection of colors could be larger but I don't place much value on that. I wish I could give 3.5 stars but I was always told to round up in math class. read more

I walked in only to get a pedicure with clear nail polish I just like the way they scrape the dead skin and make them smooth again you know? So the lady I got was the most light-handed nail technician I have ever experienced anything with She barely put in effort in the scraping (if that's what it's called) she was polite to keep smiling at me That pedicure costed me $31!!!!! I have never paid that much for a simple pedicure, no not gel polish or anything just literally clear polish that was done in two seconds THEN she glared at me when I didn't tip! Friendly, efficient staff, and here's the best and most important part, it's clean, very clean, with good visible sanitation practices, a must when I get a pedicure. I have been coming to this salon for several years. The location is quite convenient for me (it is a 5 minute walk from my house). I get a pedicure every 3-4 weeks. I have always had great service. There have been a few times that I have had to ask them to cut my nails shorter or fix a sharp edge but they have always done so without question. The leg massage is great! Overall, the pedicure is very enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxing (they have a really nice water feature near the pedicure chairs). That is why I keep coming back. Two weeks ago I also tried their waxing service. I had a terrible threading experience from a threading salon in town & after several months I finally needed to have my eyebrows fixed. I am always cautious with getting my eyebrows waxed but they did a great job! I'll be going back to them from now on. read more

I just wanted a basic manicure so I thought I'd stop by and try this place, since I have yet to find a nail salon in Lodi that I like. There were limited paint colors to choose from, but I did find the color I was looking for. My manicurist did a great job of doing my nails. The massage only lasted a couple minutes an arm and wasn't very good. I'm not sure how sterilized the equipment was because it wasn't in any sort of packaging. Because I just wanted a basic manicure it was okay, but cost $15. I wouldn't come here for a pedicure. I might come back for another manicure only because in the end, my nails did look nice.
