The staff was very friendly and helpful. Catching the keepers in the main ponds was not much of a fishing challenge, but still fun. They clean the fish for you right on the spot and we came home with a couple of meals for all of us. You could easily catch as many as you want, but for price consideration we stopped at 3 a peice. We brought a fly rod and the three of us shared time fishing the trophy pond, that is catch and release. That was also super fun and more of challenge than the keeper ponds. After fishing we walked around the grounds for a bit which was also nice. I highly recommend a visit.

We questioned why there were so few seats for the lower price of $10 and she rudely told us if we wanted to argue we could just leave. Here…read more Megan Nelson, the owner and director of most productions here, comes off as kind and pleasant to work with at the start of your experience working at this theater but very quickly shows her true colors. Prior to performing here, I had already heard negative reviews of Megan's character but still decided to give her and her theater a chance. Ultimately, Megan is extremely unprofessional. She often leaves rehearsals early "to rest", putting the assistant director in charge of blocking. She will then come back and yell at her cast/assistant director for "not doing what she envisioned" and change everything putting her cast under pressure that didn't need to exist to begin with. She doesn't follow throw on and promises she makes to her casts/crew then is extremely unkind (screams in actors faces, throws tools, throws temper tantrums, etc) when the cast tries to alleviate pressure by picking up the pieces of projects she chooses to neglect. I'm not sure if the same goes for her children productions but if you're adult, run!!!!!

We moved in beginning of 2023 with the hope of a promising place to live, ignoring all the other…read morenegative reviews about this complex. However we quickly learned how absolutely correct all of the negative reviews are. We were given numbers and estimates for our monthly costs and boy were we in for a shock every single month that we lived there and paid rent there. The fees that you have to pay are absolutely absurd. You're looking at $200-$300 extra ontop of your rent. The CAM fee goes up every single month, which is astounding to me because the "common areas" were never clean or well kept other than landscaping. Upfront the ladies who run the office are nice. Maintenance was amazing and so nice anytime they came over to fix anything, which was really refreshing. We always had the same guy helping us. I don't remember his name, but he truly was amazing. People-wise the place was alright. Just kinda scheme ya into thinking they have a great deal for you. Our garage had issues randomly opening and closing for weeks when we first moved in. They called the garage company to fix it. Then a few months later it started back up RIGHT before we were going on vacation. Both my husband and I attempted contact with them (via maintenance request and email, since we have extremely weird work schedules it was difficult to call during office hours) to get it fixed before we left our home for a week. Did we hear back? No not at all. We had a friend come fix it for us. The complex states that they will fine anyone with an off leash dog. Did it ever happen? Doubtful. The amount of off leash and untrained dogs that we had to deal with was absurd. Utah law requires dogs to be on leash unless in a properly fenced off area. Animal control could sit in the complex and probably ticket people all day for this. Let alone, ticket the property. Lastly, the final scam of it all. Somehow, even though we moved out and deep cleaned every nook and cranny of the home 3 weeks before our lease was up, they still managed to find a way to charge us $600, using the entire security deposit and having us still owe. That's a head scratcher! The used to whole security deposit for "unit cleaning fee, carpet shampoo and paint touch ups" - $300 for all of that? Yikes... and then they stick us with 2 months of "utility fees".. We have always received partial, if not all of our security deposit back because we take the time to actually care for and clean the home. I wasn't going to leave a review. I was just going to leave silently, but honestly living at this complex was such a mistake. The charges and extra fees are outrageous but they disguise it as being "under market" rent. We were VERY fortunate to be able to afford each month and their nonsensical fees, but if you have a strict budget, think twice about this place. Their "low" rent will deceive you!
