What a fun place! We didn't have an appointment and were able to walk right in and get a room. We were there on a weeknight though, so that might make a difference. This place is great to blow off steam and have a good time! They play loud music, you're in a room with just your friends, and it's a good time. The temperature is freezing in there at first, but once you get smashing you warm up! It was nice to know that any debris left in your room is free game! So even though we purchased items, we actually had a lot more to smash up. My favorite things to smash were computer screens! So much fun and they actually break apart. I do wish that they had more variety of items to break. It's mostly bulky old electronics and devices like vacuums. I forgot to ask if they remove the weight of the bin when weighing your items! I hope that they would, since the bins are quite large and bulky. read more

We had a birthday party at a new joint called Smash-it Utah. It was SO MUCH FUN! You literally pay to smash as little or AS MUCH as you want! Crowbars, bats, sledgehammers, whatever you choose. Then you can also throw glass and break bottles or TVs or even doll faces, CREEPY! But oddly satisfying! I know as I watched my group throw the glass bottles I kept getting the chills because my soul tells me it's wrong and my mom side goes crazy thinking about the waste BUT THEY DO ALL THE CLEANUP! Just went to the rage room and had an absolute blast. Who knew smashing random objects was so stress relieving. I would definitely recommend and I will for sure visit again. The manager Elisha was amazing, she was very personable and one of the most up beat individuals I have met. I had an excellent time getting to know her and she shared some stellar life advise. Really decent pricing. The gal who showed us around was great. Plenty of tools of destruction to chose from. The glass throwing is so much fun! The only downside is that the options of stuff to destroy is a little small. They have a hundred million plates, bowls, cups, and the like..but not much else. An old vacuum made for lots of fun. Plenty of options but the more things that are available to break, the better it is. For a full tub and two people, $60 was well worth it. read more

Ok, this place would get a 5-star rating for the exercise and friendliness of the employees, but because we are naturally dirty as human beings due to what is in the air from us, smoke and communicable diseases like Covid etc... (I am not a Covid freak by any means, but I have had it 3 times and it is no joke) WHY are the employees not cleaning the place ESPECIALLY the head gear between uses? BEWARE! Awful experience. We bought Groupons to go try out this place and gave them to our famiy for Christmas with a planned family get together. The Groupon specifically says NOT to reserve a room. The website says that you need reservations. I called earlier in the day to clarify and explained my Groupon. They explained to me the difference between the rooms and why or why not a reservation would be needed. Perfect. So when we showed up to use our Groupon they said that they do not accept them anymore because they lose money on them. They did, however, offer to let us pay again to try the activities. Seems to me when a business offers a discount offer, they need to follow through. We left without ever trying the activities and minus the money that we had already paid for the Groupons. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They said to come back in April and try to use them then...they expire in March. read more

This is not a very safe place to be the glass area they left corks in the bottles and they came back at us when we threw them. The employee there was nice. Not to mention I worked there and they have no safety gear for the employee when we are walking on the glass to put bottles on the wall. And they didn't treat me very well as an employee and fired me without cause. read more
