When i call they said "You paid for 3-5 day delivery we picked it up at 8:05 Friday in theory Monday is 5 working days." So they are holding my package because across the board they are lazy and causing delays. I needed the package for this weekend and the only reason I don't have it is Salinas UPS hub on Spence is holding it to get to 5 business days and strong arm people into getting more next day they will take 2-3 days to deliver. I opted to contact them by email, it's been 2 days, and no response. Update (12/16/19): I received 3 of my orders on 12/13 and 2 orders on 12/14. Two boxes were from Forever 21 and 3 boxes from Fashion Nova. The last order from FN that I was expecting had a commitment date of 12/12 but I did not receive it until 12/23. Although extremely untimely and unprofessional, I'm just glad my orders did not get lost and all came before Christmas so I'm bumping my review up a star.
