Worst Service EVER. I ordered a Dyson vacuum and they have held at their depot in Paso Robles in CA for 9-10 days, never attempting to deliver. They will not return calls or communications to Dyson or myself and Dyson will not release another vacuum until GLS can tell them why they will not deliver. Everyday I receive an update stating my delivery will occur that same day then it's changed to NO DEL ATTEMPT. Their customer service cannot provide an answer, and they only tell me to call back because the delivery will occur that day. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS SERVICE. read more

I would give zero if possible. Absolutely the worst delivery service. Not the least bit reliable. Customer service is almost non existent. I can not believe they are able to stay in business. read more

The service is probably ok, but their drivers do NOT have marked vehicles. UPS, FED-EX, DO have marked vehicles and I have no problem with them on my private property. Their delivery people drive personal vehicles with NO marking or placards. I called today requesting they mark their cars and they told me NO. If I want a change I must tell the company with which I placed the order. ALL of my online ordering will now request delivery from any company except gso. read more

I rarely have anything negative to say about any service provider however, Golden State Overnight is not ready for prime time. This is the second time in less than a month that critical food product has gone sideways. When I call customer service, they are unable to give me any information as to when to expect the delivery. The instance today, they failed to return calls (3) to the meat company in Los Angeles that shipped the product ($600+) to a business in Paso Robles even after promising they would. When I called, I received the same song and dance, "It will be there shortly" well, okay but wasn't it supposed to be here at 12 noon? Time=1:15 p.m. Now, it is 1:40 p.m. and NOTHING. UPDATE: 1:44 p.m. Driver "Alice" appears. Explains that her car broke down and it took two hours to resolve. I asked, "couldn't another driver meet you to take the urgent packages and boxes?" "We only have one driver for North County. The rest are in Los Oso." I told her that GSO sure missed an opportunity to provide good to great customer service." Please AVOID using them. read more

Very nice, helpful and courteous staff there, always get my packages delivered on time. Very reliable and dependable.

This package that was being delivered due to medical issues, was declared as LOST!!! This package was supposed to be here a week ago. That's terrible! Then, I have to go through the lengthy process of ordering AGAIN!!! read more

I used GSO about 2-3 times per week for both personal & business. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Once we got the bugs worked out with our system & product then everything has been great. You can't beat the price on next day delivery with both parcels and freight. I'm glad I found them. read more

First time I received package from this company, they called and said the driver couldn't find my home... understandable, I explained some directions and got off the phone.... I then had to leave my house for something things... well they neglected to tell me that I had to sign for this package.... maybe that's usual for a company of this sort but I don't usually receive packages from other services than ups or the mail... so anyways I leave and they leave me a sorry we missed you notice.. well I wasn't home until they day after next so when I got home finally I now I had 2 sorry we missed you notices.... so I called and talked to someone and set up a delivery time frame (12pm-4pm) the following day, mind you I work at night, so after work I set my alarm for 12. When I wake up, what do you know the package is already there.... luckily someone was there and awake in my house to sign for it... and I neglected to mention that this was a check from my new job I was waiting on and needed because I hadn't set up direct deposit yet..... so second get around was these past 2 days. Package was set to show up on 10/25/16.... no call Or email letting me know that a package was to be showing up, again it's a check from work... so I'm out fishing for the day... I notice an email from work when I get home, saying recipient not home, including tracking on the package, set to be re-delivered on the 26th, today. So I emailed GSO to let them know of the previous delivery and what not and I stated my name in the email because it's my lady's email address, and their replied starting with "Good Morning Ms. Martinez". Come one guys. Very Poor service. Poor and unorganized Customer Service. I recommend using a different service read more
