Great little spot for sending out packages, getting gifts and they just added a jewelry section. I've bought a purse twice here for my wife, gifts for my kids, this includes puzzles, wallets, beanies, cards, candy and more. They have the best quality gifts and pretty good prices. They are not cheap! But you definitely get value in quality. Great customer service. I highly recommend this shop :) read more

A great place to go to do live scans. But there is one rude person Working there. I don't understand why people can't be nice when you're in the business of customer service. Maybe the person doesn't need the business and can put food on their table without customers coming in there. Word of mouth can break or make a business. I love this place. It offers such a variety of items. Browse to your heart's content! I have used their notary service, copying, mailing, etc. I have arthritis and use a cane. Today I had two packages to mail. It is hard to wait in line for very long. I was able to sit until my turn came. A very pleasant lady helped me with each package ensuring that all was correct and what I needed. I took my receipt and remembered the cane, but forgot the carrier I used to bring in the packages. She followed me out and gave it to me. I do appreciate friendly, pleasant service especially with a smile! I will go out of my way to continue using this business! Thank you so very much! read more

I'm not sure what their markup is, but it seems pretty hefty. The parking sucks, and there is often a line. That being said, the staff are friendly, and they've been around forever. I don't avoid it, but I don't necessarily look forward to going there. read more

Tried to ship a fed ex parcel Mon 0900, on a Monday. They said fedex ground would get it there the next day. It is Thurs at almost 6 pm and pkg is still not being delivered until tomorrow, 5 days later, by end of the day! Five days to go three hours away. Has been less than 15 min away from the recipient for two days now. Another time they took four days to scan 70 pages, after saying it would be done the same day. ( submitted at 0900). read more

I have bought lots of neat gifts from your store...hundreds of dollars!!! I purchase 2 thinking putty in which an employee help me with my questions.. I was missed informed by your employee that all product came with the light that lets you write on this product ( the whole reason I purchase them). So I open them and was disappointed to find no lights in either one! Was told because I touched them I could not exchanged them for the light ones. Policy on receipt states "merchandise must be in new condition." So a touch makes it not in new condition? Being that I was missed informed by YOUR employee I feel I should have been able to exchanged them for the light putty. No employee should tell a customer false information and lead them into a purchase! read more

I went there to drop off a package for delivery because my office uses Perry's. I was surprised to find so much cool stuff for sale, too. I've been there three or four more times since. Usually I have a Fed Ex, UPS or other package to get help delivering. But then I shop the gifts and cool stuff, and always find something to by. They have very unique gifts, and prices are reasonable, too. If you have a package to deliver, use Perry's for easy parking, friendly people, fast and easy service, cool gifts and stuff and very reasonable prices. So, why not give them 5 stars? I have not used any of their shipping services, so this review is based solely on their gift selection. I was so thoroughly impressed with the variety of items to choose from. I bought my daughter the cutest lunch box and stuffed animal I have not seen anywhere else. Prices are reasonable enough for the rarity of the items. Visited this establishment for the first time today. I needed some papers notarized and then shipped Fed-X. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed done. Great friendly service, and they have fun gifts there also. I saw a purse that I just have to have but my husband was not in the shopping mood so I will be going back next week to get it! Perry's Parcel is a best kept secret in Atascadero. They have the best stuff!!! If you're looking for fun, creative, useful beautiful gifts you need to stop in. It's a shame you fail to take responsibility and still place the blame on me for your mistake, then bash my attitude in your reply. I guess I was supposed to come in and be all smiles after my package has been determined to be lost by FedEx or not in their system after dropping it off at your place of business. I guess I'll start reinstating some of the things I stated in the previous review... with all the people standing around behind the counter in there that day you would think you guys could have handled it. Too bad that's not the case... also I might advise you to rethink answering your reviews in a negative manner, the same manner in which you handled me and my experience. I shipped a 4lb package today at Perry's because I was told they shipped UPS to Hawaii. I was charged almost $36 for a package I would have paid $21 at the post office for. Line was very long, though customer service was great. For the $15 service fee, next time I will wait an extra 2 minutes at the post office. read more

I've always had good experiences here. Excellent assortment of gifts and cards. Recently I mailed something and the receiver claimed to have not received it. I had thrown away my receipt with tracking but Perry's was able to find the order and tracking info. Saved me over $100. read more
