Nothing but neglect and child abuse! That is what we experienced at this horrible daycare! At first, I didn't head the warnings, thinking it was something I had to adjust to, seeing my baby come home with severe rashes! The last straw for us was when we picked up my 10 month old and witnessed something no parent should ever have to go through. When we first walked in the daycare, we heard screams of bloody murder, but never imagined it was our little baby. The front desk phones in as soon as you walk in to the daycare to warn the teachers that the parents have arrived. This gives them the opportunity to pick up your baby so you don't see that they've been crying. When we saw our baby, crying his eyes out, he couldn't even move! We picked him up immediately and he was stiff! He had been crying for so long, his shirt was wet and his eyes were red! He was trembling from the shock! They said he had pooped earlier and had a rash! Guess what, he was pooped again and they just let him sit in it for so long that he was almost bleeding. When we were able to change him, his poop was dry and stuck to his raw skin! They didn't even care to apply Vaseline, which I had made it mandatory during every diaper change. The fact that they let him cry for so long knowing he had a rash, is the most disturbing thing in the world. It is as if it was done on purpose. Brittany, who was his care taker, only had one other baby in the room and he was fine. There was no excuses for sick abuse! The owner, Samantha, defended the abuse and it's clear they don't care! They run a welfare daycare! I've seen teachers yell at little toddlers who can't even understand what they're being told! The owners don't do anything about it! Please, please, don't leave your babies there! Don't leave your babies there, please! They don't deserve a star, but I had to select one in order to leave this review. read more

Please do not send your children here. First off, I am not one of those parents to doubt what staff has to say about my child however, the owner convinced us that my child needed a learning and behavioral evaluation. We had our doubts but we went along and did testing through Lake county. On the second evaluation, the staff at the Lake County school system recommended us to change to another daycare! Which we did thank God. My child has always scored above avg on every diagnostic test that he's ever taken. The way the staff treated my child was the real problem. Calling my child "vindictive" "mean" and treating him like he was such a terrible child. After a former staff member told us some interesting stories about children being hit with sandals and other things I deemed inappropriate, we removed our child and placed him in a church school. Which has been a blessing! After a year now, i still hear horror stories and have had several friends pull their children from this place. I'm sitting here reading my son's STAR review. (Above avg) I'm thinking about how loved he is at his new school. I thought I'd warn everyone considering this school. read more

After years of mediocre child care service, I was THRILLED when I walked into this school. From the moment you open the doors you are instantly welcomed by staff and a beautiful learning environment. The owner and director are extremely friendly and my children felt right at home with them instantly. The app used to communicate with parents is genius. Throughout the day I am constantly informed of her activities and meals. They are so excited to get to school everyday now, and I am rest assured they are properly cared for. read more

I recently have been looking for daycare for my 1 year old. I was excited about this place after reading reviews. I had a tour a few days ago and was very disappointed at what I saw. I understand the app that track the children is on the phone, however every room I visited the teacher was more on the phone than paying attention to the children. at first entering I wanted to walk out, I didn't get a warm welcoming feeling or greetings at all. the first class room as you walk in was older children who were fussing and the teacher using her phone, speaking to the children, not even engaging them. I went ahead and toured, and the other rooms weren't much different. The only room I enjoyed seeing was the infant room where the teachers were actually interacting with the babies, be they seemed happy. At 1 point one of the teachers even grabbed an older child by the arm to move him out of the way, rather than telling him to move aside. I was not impressed with the "management" and the staff wasn't very happy. I personally would not put my child here. read more
