They have decent juice but have a crappy selection on mods. And if you buy a mod and it fails, you might as well throw it away because even though The mods are crappy they try to blame you and make it look like it's your fault. I have bought two vision spinners from them and they crapped out on me I brushed it off and tried a different mod, The threads were stripped out and there were many issues, and when I took it back to let them look at it they said it was not their fault nor their problem. There are many other places that sell juice that is better so I have no reason to shop with these people anymore, if you don't want the headache I would advise against wasting your time. This is my second review because somehow my original one was taken off. read more

The middle metal piece that connects inside of the glass kept coming loose. It just fit and now it won't fit. It happened to fall off during use, smash through the glass and water went everywhere. I thought well no problem. It has a warranty. I pull out the box and go to the stundenglass website to file a warranty claim. The website says there should be a QR code on the box which has the serial number and authentication number. I look all over the box, pull out the inserts. etc. Nothing. I then input the serial number that is on the item into the website and says item not found. I type it in various ways and all say not found. I then start looking online and apparently places are notorious for selling fake stundenglass. This item is a fake. Mad disappointed because I had such a great experience. Not happy with getting a knock off when it was advertised as a stundenglass. This item is not real and why I am having so many issues with it.

So I had to add this business just to write a review lol. I'm originally from Austin, lived in dallas for six years. I have seen every kind of vapor shop there is. And here in SETX, most of the shops I've seen are jokes, lazy business owners with lazy stores. Having said that, this store is not on that list. The staff was Friendly and helpful, knowledgable. The store isn't dark filled with hookah pipes and "OTHER" paraphernalia. This is just a vape shop. I talked to the owner while i was there, and i got the strong feeling that she really just wanted to help people quit smoking. I give this store five stars, i wouldn't change a thing. Disregard the others reviews. The place is great. Especially for people just switching from cigarettes. The people are very helpful in finding what you need based on your preferences. Not just based on price. If you take care of your products, you'll see that it's a good investment. Their selection is adequate. They'll gladly let you try new products in the store. And they'll keep a profile of your purchases, in case you forget which components to buy. read more

I think this is the best place for vape stuff an the vape juice is awesome but they could have more they need a better selection on coils an rda an rta its good that they help with new people with coil builds they do have most up to date rda which is great thats why I always get my juice an coils but they need to supply a big selection of coil wire an not just coils read more
