Roger was the only one to return my call. He asked me some questions and correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. It was the alternator. He allowed me to leave my car at his shop, and when I came back for it on Monday afternoon, it was ready to go home. The price was so affordable too! This guy guarantees his work for 6 months or 6000 miles. I have never in my life had a mechanic guarantee his work. Roger doesn't take credit cards or out of state checks, but that was not a problem for me. If I lived a bit closer to Clinton, Missouri I would want Roger to work on all my cars and trucks. He was great to work with and cared enough to text me later to make sure I'd made it home okay.

Roger, the owner, was pleasant and helpful, and even though we had to leave the car there and head home, he stayed in contact with us about the repairs. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he got the job done within a day or so. He even called us after we got it home to see if everything was okay! We would absolutely use him again. Highly professional and reccomended! One small thing: He doesn't take credit cards or out-of-town checks, which was surprising, but not a big deal.

We've been going to Kings Carts now Ozark Golf Carts and Utility Vehicles for years for service and bought our current golf cart there. We went there after removing the axel hoping they could order one that would fit our year golf cart. They found a used one they had on hand and gave us a very reasonable price. We also ended up buying four new tires and wheels while we are there. This is a great local business and they were very helpful even giving me tips and advice on how to install the new axel with all the existing parts from the old axel.

I have been getting my oil changed here since I was 16 years old, but I've been very disappointed…read moreby the service lately. I came in inquiring about an oil leak and was told there wasn't one. I had to have two oil changes in a month and told them my oil kept reading "low oil." Two weeks later, my starter on my car went out because oil was spraying and leaking all over my starter and engine and had been for a while. The mechanic said I'd had the oil leak for several months and there was oil everywhere. $800 later, I have a new starter and battery but still have to pay for the original issue...the oil leak...that QuickLube didn't find. I won't be back, and I'm not ever one to leave bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed.

Believe all the negative reviews on FB, Google, and other media. -- I needed a new fuel pump and this was the closest place to have it towed. They replaced the part along with other parts that "were broken" without calling ahead of time to ok with me first. When I picked up the truck it ran fine but smelled like raw gas, which I thought just needed to be aired out since it was a fuel type repair. The next day the fumes were so bad I couldn't even let the kids ride in the truck. I inspected the lines underneath and then checked under the hood. BINGO! There was gas spewing out of the schrader valve and it was all over my coils. Thank God that no gas got into the spark wells or the engine would have caught fire. I went to tell them about it and was accused of "having an attitude" because by golly they just can't be wrong. Instead of an apology or owning up to THEIR MISTAKE I was cussed at, yelled at, and basically told I was stupid. I was then asked to leave. I said not without the cap, they damaged the valve too but I didn't get that far with them. Apparently they are going to mail it to me (yeah right). It's not that hard to replace the cap after you take it off! A $4 part could have been the end of my vehicle or injured my family!

He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. While He (Mechanic) was showing me what he found that was causing the trouble the Service Manager call. The Mechanic told him what he found and did. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge.
